Standard Ihop, not much else to say about it. Chocolate chip pancakes & chicken strips with fries are my usuals here. Waiter never checked up on us or refilled out water. We also asked to her to split the bill with cash & card which she didnt understand. So she came back with it all changed on my card & $ 10 in all 1’s.

Horrible. Just horrible. The reason why I’m giving them one star is because when my banana foster French toast came out, it looked really weird. I just thought that maybe it was because the last time I tried it, it looked better since I was near Disneyland, and I was thinking maybe their expectations are just higher. Anyways, I took one bite & threw up in my mouth a little. GRAVY. THEYTOPPEDMYBANANAFOSTERWITHGRAVY. I got my boyfriend to try the topping & confirmed that it was gravy, or some other shit. All I know is that it definitely wasn’t caramel & that it was disgusting. When my boyfriend told our waiter(told him, not complained because we knew it wasn’t his fault) the waiter denied it & insisted it was caramel but he sent it back anyway. It took forever for them to send me a new one. You’d think if the cook fucked up on your food, you’d get priority but I guess not. On top of that, our waiter didn’t even apologize or anything. Didn’t acknowledge it whatsoever. If my boyfriend wasn’t a server, we wouldn’t have tipped at all. Horrible service.

delicious fluffy fresh pancakes that are good even at 1 in the morning. plus they have hella syrup flavors and options. breakfast items aren’t the best here. they hella skimp on the hash browns and the bacon strips they give are hella tiny and wimpy. ordered mozzarella stocks and they came cold in the middle; had to ask them to take it back to reheat. mediocre frozen taste to it. stick to the pancakes!

We were seated by the host and waited for over 20 minutes and no one ever came to even take a beverage order. We saw from a distance one of the waitresses talking with the host and not doing her job. We got up and left. There was also a mild urine smell by our table… Place is a complete joke…

I came here in mid December to kill time before going to get my hair done. Too crowded and had to wait. Although it’s not featured on the menu, I was able to order eggs benedict. Eggs were fine, sauce was fine but the ham was too tough to eat. Also, the hash browns are a big, ugly block and very tasteless even after adding salt My experience is that good ol’ Denny’s is ten times better than IHOP. They never mess up eggs and they’re 24 hours. Also they have biscuits and gravy, two eggs and better hash browns for $ 4. Go to Denny’s instead.

It’s been over a year since the last review and my rating has only changed a little. I went during the day this time(instead of overnight like last review) and servers are great, seating was no problem, and the older man who seated me was terrific, put me just where I wanted and even closed the blinds, as it was very bright. But they need a new cook in the kitchen, the food is not great and preparation not great. Scrambled eggs looked weird, had to send them back to be redone, turkey bacon not cooked evenly, side of fruit was spoiled — pancakes were fine tho, that’s what they do. This is absolutely no reflection on iHOP as a whole — the one in San Bruno on El Camino does a fantastic job and I’ve never had a bad meal there. But this one — always one problem or another, which is why I’m always reluctant to come here, and won’t again. I came today to give them another chance, but no. Next time I want iHOP I’m going to San Bruno, even tho it’s farther away. I’m upping this from one star to two because of the servers(the problem ain’t them) but food-wise, no.

This IHOP is nothing like the reviews below. First, if you are expecting gluten free, vegan, etc. you’re right, IHOP is NOT your place. You come to IHOP for sugary pancake or waffle goodness! It’s not gourmet, it’s not white glove, it’s a great diner with delicious breakfast or brunch goodness! As for the service, the girl who served us was GREAT! She was sweet, totally pleasant and very friendly. The restaurant was really clean which I haven’t had at many IHOPs. Even the menus were spotless. It was very busy but we were seated quickly as again, all of the staff were so friendly. Shout out to our server Keanna who smiled the whole time and even offered to repeat our order back to us to make sure it was right. Overall we had a fun time and had a good breakfast!

Service was decent. We did have to wait a while because it seemed pretty understaffed. The food was just acceptable. I had a turkey sandwich with fries, which I would rate at a 3⁄5 stars.

Was craving pancakes this morning and found my way here! Got here at the perfect time, no waiting! This is what I like. Unfortunately, there were no booths available but go a table nonetheless. I knew exactly what I wanted. BLUEBERRYPANCAKES!!! Yep, I had always seen the advertisements on TV but today would be the day that I finally place the ORDER!!! But, I not only had pancakes but some sausage as well. The staff was friendly as well. Actually, the greeter at the entrance was helpful even though he looked extremely young to be working here. Lot of moving servers here which means quick service. This place was running like a machine. Whoever is training the staff is doing a good job. The food was GREAT! My pancakes were sweet and fluffy, just how I like them! I had four pancakes because I was really really hungry. I almost wish the pancakes were bigger because the FLAVOR was AMAZING!!! The sausage could have been beefier but that is just a personal preference. Morning well went. Good service and top notch PANCAKES!!! Oh, I also had one of the holiday drinks MARSHMALLOWCOCA!!! THISDRINKISSWEETANDJUSTRIGHT! I don’t know how long they will have it but please get it if you get the chance. #satisfiedtothemax

This location is ok. It is not one of the nicer locations. This looks like your typical IHOP. I came here a few times for breakfast and dinner. The food is great. The service is ok here. One time I came here for dinner and had to wait a long time to be seated. Not good.

Just awful. Never again. I ordered a smokehouse Combo and they gave me a mini hotdog that was supposed to be a jumbo link. Bacon was stale. Customer service just bad too.

Got to iHop at around 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning and was told the wait time is about 15 – 20 minutes. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I started noticing that one of the«host» was approaching and sitting parties at random, not calling names from the wait list. The other thing I noticed is that he was only approaching Hispanics. After the 4th time I’ve observed this I stood up and asked if he is calling names off the wait list. He got flustered and gave me the table he had already intended for another Hispanic family. My husband was so mad he wanted to just walk out, but I convinced him to stay since we did not cut in but have waited for our seats. I am never going back to this iHop again.

My food was fine in flavor but wish it was hot. Typical chain kind of place. I ordered my eggs over medium. They were not fully cooked as I usually like. My hash browns were cold but my French toast was pretty good. The coffee was watered down and terrible – 3 cups later and no affects of the caffeine intake. My friend ordered the steak and eggs. He wanted to steak medium rare it came back well-done. Our server took our order but never came to check on us. I was dying of thirst and when it came to get our check — our server had not even come back to ask us how we were doing. IHOP is not usually the typical place I go to get food but was craving French toast. The service is bad.

HORRIBLE. Just HORRIBLE. I do not recommend this place at all even if this was the last ihop in the entire universe! I ordered a strawberry crêpe and what I received was a rolled pancake with strawberry syrup on top without anything inside which was stated on the menu that it was supposed to have an icecream and cream cheese inside!!! So I called the waitress and she just looked at me as if she doesn’t know what on earth im talking about and started talking in Spanish with her co-worker! Little did she know I could understand Spanish. She called me «maldita and Perra“which means«rude and bitch» I don’t understand why because I just asked nicely why there wasn’t anything inside. I understand she was probably tired but you should suck it up because it’s your job. Anyways never going to this place ever again! Every Time I go it’s a disappointment

IHOP isn’t my typical go-to breakfast eatery, as I tend to sway towards places that offer higher quality ingredients. But which independent, small, or family-owned breakfast/brunch restaurant offers eggs at sausage after 4pm? Rarely any. Therefore, in this case when I crave breakfast close to dinnertime, IHOP saves the day. For roughly $ 8 pre-tax, the 2×2×2 breakfast deal(2 eggs, 2 sausage links or bacon strips, and 2 pancakes) was not only a rip-off, but quite a disappointment… but I shouldn’t expect much from IHOP. The two sunny-side eggs were standard, the sausages bland, and the two buttermilk pancakes were so flat and doughy, lacking the light fluffiness characteristic pancakes usually have. I always tell myself that the only time I would ever go to American chain establishments such as IHOP, Denny’s, etc, is when I’m on the road traveling and desperate for food. I should stick to that idea.

Hey, Mr. Manager, why don’t you serve silog(look it up!) breakfast here since you got a lot of Filipino customers? They serve them now at IHOP Philippines. Thank you.

Just horrible. There was no one at the front so we assumed we could just grab a seat. After doing so, the waitress came to us upset at us. Our drinks got to us fast, but my iced coffee taste like chocolate milk. Our waitress came back after 15 minutes to take our order but we never got a menu to look over. When we started ordering she was just l over the place instead of focusing on one person. My boyfriend and I lost our appetite after waiting so long. Our friends that did order left half of their food behind.

Let me start by saying that we come to Ihop pretty often and are typically very satisfied with the food and service. The past couple encounters have been forgiving but our visit this morning at 2:00am was far beyond acceptable. We arrived with a couple guests and had been seated immediately and got our drink orders within minutes. Not too long after that, a large, and loud, party was sat near us and we had requested to move across the way and they were unable to accommodate us. Our drinks were not refilled until requested and both the milk and orange juice that one of our guests ordered was not as cold as she had preferred. It took a while to get our food out but ¾ of us got our food and we were waiting on a spinach and mushroom omelette with a short stack of buttermilk pancakes. It was well into 10 minutes until we got his omelette which turned out to be an unappealing scramble with mushrooms and spinach. Not to mention they had forgotten to put the hollandaise sauce on the ‘omelette’ and brought it out for us. It arrived in a to-go ramekin, cold. When our guest tasted the ‘hollandaise sauce’ he described it as gelatinous, cheesy, and buttery. which leads me to believe that they gave him the white cheddar sauce instead of the so-called hollandaise. After we waved down the bidder for our waiter to tell him how unappetizing the ‘omelette’ was, our waiter came by and said he would take it of of our bill. Then dropped off the bill and it was still there. We had been waving down the manager who was standing next to the hostess and the hostess came to our attention. no, we wanted the manager. So we had talked to him about what had happened. And after an exchange of mumbles, he voided the ‘omelette’. Unfortunately, this was our friend’s first visit to Ihop as a frequent Denny’s customer. There’s no question as to whether or not he will return.

Who doesn’t like pancakes, we waited about 20 minutes for a Sunday morning, they were very busy. Four stars cause service really was fast and great. Food was pretty good, especially the pancakes… All I know is we finished our plates…
