Let’s start with me sitting in my car in the drive thru at 11:30 waiting for someone but noone came that wasn’t tonight but a few weeks ago no tonight their only serving fried foods no sandwiches or burgers honestly the only reason I am stuck coming here is because its the only thing open after a certain time around here but I do wish it was ran a bit better so keep taking my money jack I will only expect mediocre service from here on out

Bitches shouldn’t be working here if they ain’t gonna give good customer service. Get a different job or don’t work at all if that’s how you’re gonna be. Thank you.

I ordered a #3&4 tacos to go. I only received 4 fucking tacos. Thanks to that fat bitch that looked stoned as fuck for forgetting my meal.

Came to this Jack in the Box right after the gym, so naturally I needed a fix for some protein. So we pull up in the drive thru with my boy, and THEYHADNOFRIES!!! NOCURLYFRIES, NOREGULARFRIES! Nada! I had to order my meal with hash browns! And the cashier had a bit of an attitude. Like wtf! I forgot to mention they didn’t give me my fucking ranch!

EXTREMELEYDISAPPOINTED By the lack of customer service, and condiments. My BF and I came here on a Sunday night around 10:20 pm. We ordered at the drive through and waited a good 4 minutes before someone started talking. I wanted fries, ranch and an Oreo shake. Who would have thought that they had nothing. They told me the ran out of ranch since last night(well if you were good maybe you could have gone to safety and bought some packets for emergency use) and that they had been out of Oreo so they couldn’t make me a milk shake. Like. Seriously? You could have gotten to Safeway and bought the damn Oreo and mixed it in with the ice cream for the shake. But they didn’t. They didn’t offer any other options or give advice such as a vanilla milkshake or anything… I’m beyond disappointed by this horrendous place.

I don’t come here often but when I do, no complaints ! drive thru is quick and efficient. they never have my order wrong and always asks if I need sauce creamer or sugar. no matter who I get they are persistent and nice. it looks very clean here and even where I peep thru the drive thru window-very clean and put together. the food is great ! I enjoy coming here –better than McDonald’s and Taco Bell !

This place is disgusting! The food is nasty, And has the WORST customer service. It smells really bad like feces and dirty mop water. The worst is that they sweep around the food they’re bagging for customers. I ordered food they didn’t bag it and this lady started sweeping around my food, i asked for them to bag it, and for me they didn’t move fast enough. i didn’t order dust bunnies on the side! They need new everything! Including new workers(the one star is for the signage)

I came all the way from the city in a über thinking this place closes at 1am. Pulled up into the drive way and a worker said they were closed. Someone needs to change the hours on the website. Or the workers just want to close up early cause its slow.

Who runs out of regular tacos? Mean whoever could run out of regular tacos at a jack in the box must be a manager that is mismanaging their stock.

TERRIBLESERVICE. The lady was literally rushing me to order, she barely let me talk without interrupting me. I ordered a spicy siracha burger and when I opened it to eat it, it was on BREAD. Like white bread, the type of bread you buy at the grocery store and make sandwiches with. It wasn’t even toasted. And on top of that, they didn’t even put the jalapeños on it. I would NOT recommend this Jack in the Box to ANYBODY. Not even my dog!!!

We had a harrowing experience from an earring wearing street smart young cashier named Ian who overcharged us. He scammed us of 3 measly dollars by inflating our meal. We ordered a #1 and #3 combo meal and had to repeat this order several times because he keeps adding in extras and changing our order. Bottom line is, he was able to alter the combo meal price from $ 13.98 to $ 16.98 and added bacon to both our sandwiches. Now we don’t eat bacon so the increased cholesterol content in our sandwich was added insult to injury. And when I ask him to roll back the charges to our original order he turned a deaf ear — yes the one with the large earring. And there was no Manager on site to complain to(I guess he was the manager) and so I knew then we were cooked. Normal protocol to an unsatisfied customer is to attend to their complaints. And ours is not a complaint — it simply is asking to serve us our order. No, not this young hustler and so he caused the establishment to lose a customer or two for a few dollars more — penny wise pound foolish.

It may be nice that they are open 24 hours but terrible that the burgers are always ice cold and are barely edible not unless you’re close to a nearby microwave. This is the last place I’d choose to eat again.

I liked this jack in the box before but lately it has been going down hill… They must have new workers because it wasn’t like this before… The milkshake we ordered was nothing but just syrup… They gave me the wrong order and the tacos were stale… They didn’t have mozzarella sticks when it clearly still on the menu… This is the closes jack in the box near me but I guess I’ll drive to another because I’m not satisfied with the food here…

After seeing all those commercials about Jack In The Box, I decided to grab a quick lunch/snack before I headed out. Inside of this restaurant is pretty clean and kinda dark. Not too many lights were lit around so I just got my food to go. Unlike many fast food restaurants nowadays with their calorie count on their menu, there wasn’t any calorie count for any of the menu items. The nutritional facts are located on the site of the cashier walk in really tiny font. Kinda bothersome seeing as I like to keep my calories within a certain range, but to most people, this shouldn’t come across as a deal breaker. I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger(plain), a Chicken Sandwich(plain) and 2 tacos with no cheese. I also grabbed some BBQ sauce which was conveniently located near the front. I have to say, despite it being fast food, that all the food here was extremely plain! It didn’t exactly taste bad or good. What a shame…

I wasn’t aware when ordering a burger that I had to ask for the burger to be cooked? I understand that a lot of fast food places pre-cook their food but my burger came straight out of the freezer. On December 3, I called Jack in Box’s customer service number(1−800−955−5225) to complain and to advise them of possible health and safety issues. I was told a district manager would call me ASAP. Five days later I’m still waiting for that phone call. Jack in Box has excellent commercials but they clearly don’t care about the health and safety of their customers. If your in the business of serving food and have a health and safety complaint, that has to be looked into immediately… five days later I’m still waiting.

Back in high school my friends and I were here at least twice(sometimes three times) a week for an after school snack. We always got the $ 0.99 tacos but sometimes we’d be extra big fatasses and order curly fries, chicken sandwiches, and/or cheeseburgers. They do make your tacos on the spot unlike the location in Geary Street(over priced too). I think eventually they started recognizing us. These people are awesome because one time they were having the free taco giveaway and we had 4 people in the car. We ordered 8 tacos and we didn’t have to pay a cent. They didn’t even question or mention anything when we rolled up to collect our food. Sometimes the drive thru is a bit backed up so they have you pull over to the side for a quick second and they’ll run out to give you your food when it’s ready. I like coming here because the people are easy to work with, the food is cooked when ordered, there is always plenty of parking, and the service is better than average. They didn’t even give us a weird look when I asked for two cuplids* when we were getting our food in the drive-thru. * I use the cuplids as a ketchup holder when I eat in the car for my fries.

The tacos are no longer as filling, seemed smaller, while the taco shells are much harder. There’s a «no loitering» 30-minute time limit to stay and eat, though there were eight middle-aged men occupying some tables shooting the breeze and I’d suppose scamming. Haven’t been back to any JitB for five years. When did these changes occur? This JitB is smaller than it seemed from the outside. The drive-thru’s «one-way» exit has a lane for the pickup window and another lane for cars to bypass. However, it faces School Street at a 3-way intersection with El Camino Real. Therefore it is easy to drive straight in from School Street, against drive-thru traffic without any way to warn them. One has to turn left into a non-descript parking lot, turn left on El Camino Real, or turn right and then do a U-turn to get to the entrance. Like DC, it’s an odd layout.
