Donuts are great! Always made fresh and very convenient that whenever I go here, they have the donut that I love. Glazed chocolate cake FTW, and of course the cute donut holes which I think are a reasonable price. Only 3 stars because service is not that great, they barely acknowledged me, never smile, and their mood seems to be not wanting to help me or the customers. One time I was in line first, but the worker skipped me and decided to help the customer who lined up after me, how rude. On the brighter side, I love how krispy kreme’s is next to in-and-out burgers.

Cheeseburgers & donuts. That’s Americana. As much as I have embraced Dynamo Donuts & Pepples Donuts, there is still a place in my life for Krispy Kreme. Somewhere on the road between full-on donut dive & artisan donut house, is Krispy Kreme. It’s not a sketchy corner joint, & it’s not the upscale ferry building. What it is, is clean, brightly lit, & full of the requisite sugary & doughy goodness we need when the call of one of America’s favorite foods beckons. I can’t deny that Dynamo Donuts stole my heart a long time ago. But I also can’t deny that I still like a good old KK once in awhile. After not having partaken in a couple years, it only took one bite to remind me what’s good about KK. They were soft & pillowy. They were light & airy. They melted in my mouth. Forget all the bells & whistles, & stick w the classics… Glazed, strawberry, maple, & chocolate. 3& ½ stars.

I hadn’t been to a Krispy Kreme in forever and I should have left it that way. I remember coming here after school and watching the conveyor belt and the workers making the donuts. Now it’s a skeleton of its old self. The donuts are still good but not amazing. Points for fun and creative designs.

As we often do on our way home to Marin from the airport area we stopped in for some doughnuts. I’ll say up front I am not a fan of KK. I prefer doughnuts from local mom and pop shops. I just find KK to be all air and no real dough flavor. It’s all about the sugar and glaze. So we pull in and order a dozen. «6 glazed please.» «Sorry we don’t have any glazed right now» What? They ran out of glazed donuts! Seriously! What kind of donut place is this? Who is running this place? There are huge pictures of glazed donuts on the wall and they don’t have a single one. But if you want a stupid red velvet cupcake(I mean donut) they do have plenty of those. Ugh.

Who doesn’t give Krispy Kreme 5 stars?!? This place is AWESOME, and they make the friggin doughnuts right in front of your face! Doesn’t get more real or fresher than that! But you know what really makes this place special(and also the bane of my existence… and I mean that in a good way)? It’s the proximity across the parking lot to In & Out. These two businesses must have gone into business together to arrange this perfect partnership. Go to In & Out for a meal, but you know you’re gonna have to wait in line, so what do you do? Walk 20 paces across the parking lot to Krispy Kreme and grab a sweet, fried, GLORIOUS indulgence(and yes, the sugar has me addicted… work in progress). Yes, these two businesses are definitely in cahoots with one another, and I like it! Likes: –close proximity to In & Out –great military offering on Veterans Day(free donut of your choice, for all you Vets out there-and yes, this is a nationwide offering) Dislikes: –close proximity to In & Out(it’s both a blessing and a curse, I tell you!)

We worked with Vicky and the rest of the team at Krispy Kreme to do a special order for a big party we had. I couldn’t say better things about the customer service this team provides. The custom order was even on the same day that they do their buy 1 dozen, get 1 dozen free day, so they were incredibly busy. Vicky took the time out of the busiest day of the year to help us out and make sure we had perfect amazing donuts. 5 stars easily! Thank you Vicky and the rest of the team at Krispy Kreme for making this event!

I haven’t had Krispy Kreme in soooooo long and my bf was craving donuts hard. We ended up here around 10:30 pm on a Sunday and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made together. ^_^ Right when we walked in we noticed the huge assortment of donuts… I didn’t even know they made so many different kinds! We ordered an assorted dozen to share. My favorites: blueberry cake(must get!!), glazed lemon filled, oreo cookies and cream, and salted caramel. The rest were yummy too, but these were the ones that stood out to me! Skip: strawberry with sprinkles(soo sweet, could only take one bite) and red velvet(just tasted like chocolate… hmm). Service was friendly and he didn’t seem to mind that we took a bit of time to order haha.

Krispy Kreme is always good when you have that craving for a nice warm glazed fluffy donut. It’s even better when you have a Groupon. My mom was specifically craving for a plain donut with no glaze. I thought we were in luck because we saw fresh donuts being made. The lady helping us(Marie) said that they were different kind. So, we asked when will you be making a new batch of the regular donuts. She said«we’re not making them anymore.» So, I asked again… Mind you it is only 10:45AM so at some point in time today I’m sure they WILL be making REGULAR donuts today. Marie looked confused and said again, «we’re not making them anymore.» That’s ridiculous. Basically, she was telling me that this Krispy Kreme donut location will not be making ANYMORE regular, classic glazed donuts for the remainder of the entire day and it’s only 10:30 am??? I gave up trying to ask my simple question. Instead of asking for clarification she gives me the same stupid answer as if I didn’t hear her the first time. My interaction with MARIE ruined my morning. Thankfully, someone else helped me after wards with being rung up and ordering coffee. She(REBECCA) was far much more customer service friendly and more helpful.

I come here EVERY time i leave In-N-Out. This is the smartest idea ever for their location. Anyways, they’ve just gone through a remodel(although it looks the same to me) and everything’s pretty clean. As for the donuts, you know what you’re buying: assembly line donuts. I always get their special donuts and it is always overwhelmingly sugary and fattening. But hey, I already knew that. No complaints here.

I stopped by here to get 2 hit glazed donuts and a cup of coffee. Even though the sign in the window said hot donuts now, that was not the case. The coffee was very watery too. They were nice enough to refund my $ for the coffee and the remaining donut, but I probably won’t be back anytime soon.

This review is based on my Postmates delivery from Krispy Kreme. I ordered from their app and in 10 – 15 minutes, my donuts were delivered. Thoroughly impressed by the quickness of Krispy Kreme and Postmates. Since it’s October, they put the donuts in a Halloween themed box. Very impressed with the packaging. Pricing was pretty fair. Nine donuts came out to be $ 11.49(not including the Postmates fee). I liked the donuts. They weren’t too sugary(I mean that in a good way). Some places really overdo it.

I’m a huge fan of Krispy Kreme donuts. Any true fan will tell you that the hot and fresh original glazed donuts are the best things on the menu. When I came in to this location today, the cashier said the donut machine was broken and that they were unable to make any more donuts tonight. That’s simply unacceptable. The donuts are only good when they’re hot, and there were no indications that they were out of hot donuts until I asked. I will be calling ahead of time before I come here again to make sure they are making hot donuts.

Late night Friday night run. I have to say, I’m impressed. Wasn’t expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. Quick, friendly service. Best of all, had a great & fresh donuts and quite a variety. Had Boston Crème, salted caramel, chocolate cake donut, and dulce de leche. All were great! They aren’t your artisan $ 5 donuts, but they are traditional with a little twist. Good quality. Wow, Krispy Kreme, this was a good round. I’ll try you again.

Everything looks so much more beautiful than it tastes. No complaints on taste, of course, but not an explosion of deliciousness in my mouth. :P The staff is super nice! The frozen lattes are WAY too sweet.

This is a 5 star for the customers. I am an employee at this Krispy Kreme location. Two of my customers(Caroline and Danielle I think are their names) from about an hour ago came back to the store only to gift me with a $ 10 In N Out gift card and a chocolate milkshake just for being«nice». Shoutout to you customers!!! The awkward and fun conversations I have with you guys make working at Krispy Kreme worthwhile. Thanks for always being kind right back!

Probably the best located Krispy Kreme in the universe! Right next to in and out burger! If you want something sweet and light after a burger and fries, well. You just gotta walk over next door to get yourself a donut. This place is cool though, it has a drive in, and a bug giant window so you can see the donuts being glazed. It opens pretty late too, so donuts craving all night long is made possible! Dont skip on their original glaze! Cheers!

I had a doughnut craving and asked the roommate to pick me up some doughnuts on the way back from San Jose. I looked on their website and sent him a list of doughnuts I wanted. Unfortunately, not every location has all the flavors listed on their site, so I ended up with the following. March 2013 Dozen assorted doughnuts I’ve never been to the Daly City location, but they did have the basic flavors I like so I was happy. I got the custard filled and lemon filled ones which are my fav. And I do Iove a good cruller. Other than not having some of the more specialty looking flavors on their site, I have no complaints about this Krispy Kreme location.

Every time I drop someone off at SFO, i come here cause its the only close Krispy Kreme i know of. Can’t really go wrong with a doughnut, especially a hot glazed one. My sisters and I always sit and watch the doughnuts on their small journey, to the point the staff starts to stare at us. We watch simply to see that all the doughnuts make it safely to the glazing station. Its always so sad when the doughnuts get over excited and start to rush each other to get there. Obviously these doughnuts last a lil different than you’re mom n pop shop, but not too bad, and just a lil too sugary at times. Besides that I grab a up of coffee since i need to make the trek back up to Santa Rosa. The only reason I give it a 3-star is that once I got a fraud charge at this location. For some reason they double charged my card the next day. So I try to carry cash when i hit up this place.

Although I’m not too keen on sugary donuts; every now and then, my sweet tooth rears its head and who am I to deny its primal request? Thus, I do believe that the Great Homer Simpson put it best. «Mmmmm donutssssss!» *drool* So I had a major hankering for some good ol’ junk food and my radar led me here and boyyyyyyyy did it not disappoint. I don’t know if it’s just me or what, but Krispy Kreme Donut locations seem synonymous with In and Out Burger locations. Like, I know riiiight?! Win to the mutha effin win! Pardon my ghettoness, but just tryin’ ta keep it real. Nawwhatimsayin? Oh and for all you Krispy Kreme extreme fanatics out there, they actually have a «Hot Light» app which you can download onto your phone. This will showcase whichever nearest Krispy Kreme location has fresh, piping hot donuts for you to enjoy at that very moment. Prices are fair, coffee is available for purchase, and they offer a huge array of flavors to suit anyone’s palate. Store hours are from 6am to 12am, BUT the drive-thru remains open 24 hours a day.
