Rating is NOT because of the food. This place is always super super crowded and dirty. It’s the only In-N-Out around the SF/Peninsula area besides the one in fisherman’s warf so you can imagine how crazy this place gets. Drive through line is always out through the side of the street but convenient

Not a big fan of burgers but Ugh i looooove in n out, especially more since it’s usually the only thing that is open by the time I get off of work or when you’re drunk. I used to love getting a regular cheeseburger but I’ve switched up my menu to a protein style cheese burger and lemme tell you… It’s way healthier AND it still tastes so good! I wish the drive thru wasn’t always so long and I wish there were more parking. Staff are usually pretty nice and quick so I ain’t complaining. Ahh what a lucky girl am I to live so close to in n out!

Best burger, amen to that! Drive-thru line is always crazy during lunch and dinner time, that is why it is preferable to order my food from the inside instead. Need I say more? Thank goodness for this heavenly place.

All In n outs rock. This one is the closest to me. I used to happily go to San Rafael for the closest beach before the Wharf one, then this one. There will be crazy crowds on weekends anytime close to noon and after, both drive thru and inside. My fave is a cheese burger, animal, protein style. Tons of fresh crisp lettuce. With an order of animal style fries. Then a nice nap!

This is by far one of the best burger chains in the city. There is always a huge line to take orders but it is worth it. Finding a place to sit is also a fight. You need to be patient and you will find that spot. There are some secret menu options that you should not miss, like the animal style on any burger and fries. There is also protein style which is an interesting style to eat ur burger. Loved the burger and definitely must go once for the taste and to witness the craze.

Does In-N-Out Burger need another glowing review? NO. Does their store at 260 Washington in Daily City need any business justification? NO. I have heard that this is THE highest grossing location for In-N-Out. Great location, great product, great service = success. Nuttin new to report, however I am a fawning fan. The fast food VALUE standard for Burgers in America, In-N-Out. Each ingredient: the burger patty, buns, onion, lettuce are FRESH. The fries are the result from fresh potatoes cut on-site. The staff has that«I’m just glad I don’t work at Mcdonalds» look on their faces, although they are not quite as cheerful as Habit Burger — my other occasional indulgence. Double Double w/xtra onions/lettuce/tomato is my indulgence. This is my finely tuned gastronomic desire after many In-N-Out encounters. After all, who doesn’t love some good In-N-Out?

Probably one of the best In-n-Out that I’ve been to! The fries are on point… and the meat is juicy. Customer service was fast and the place was clean. Though during lunch it was pretty busy!

They did a great job making my burger and animal fries. Honestly, you and I both know that there’s a difference between a well made burger and a sloppy job. Well made in-n-out burgers just taste sooo much better. Props to the kitchen!

A hard«just alright» meal. This is the best you will get if you’re looking for fast food. This location must be the only one in the area though, because it was insanely crowded. Even though the meal was just alright and it was crowded, the line moved very very quickly, the staff were great, and the bathrooms were clean.

Visited: January 15, 2016. Friday late night. Service: 5 stars Food: 4 stars PARKINGLOT: 0STARS The Good: It’s In-N-Out. And In-N-Out is always fresh & delicious & yes. The Not As Good: This is the worst parking lot traffic I’ve ever seen in my life. Holy moly. If this had not been In-N-Out, the first half of my experience would have ruined me ever coming back here. The parking lot was a headache. Literally the entire parking lot was full, as in every single parking spot full but also basically every lane to drive through full. Then the whole tiny street next to it was full of parked cars. Finally I parked all the way down the street at some bank and just walked the rest of the way back. Then the lines were even more ridiculous! The inside line went all the way out the door, then the next door. The drive-through line was wrapped around out to the street, then down the actual street to the traffic stop. PEOPLEREALLYNEEDTHEIRBURGERSOK. Anyways, I get up to the counter and that adorable smiling worker with his silly little safety pin took my order with a smile, sympathizing with my parking pains and memorizing back into my love of In-N-Out with their cheery service, then finally a yum-tum meal. But dude, if you can drive to another In-N-Out go to that one. If you’re traveling stop at another one off some freeway. Because that parking is ridic — but ya know, sometimes you just got to get yer burger. Sometimes everyyyyyybody in the whole city got to get their burger too.

The first In-N-Out I have had was at a brand new one in Austin Texas. Believing all the the hype and excitement, I tried it out and was left seriously disappointed in the whole meal, from the fries to the animal style burger. I went back a few times but it was always a mediocre product. I chalked up the hype as nostalgia of Californians and never went back or had any interest for them since. So i found myself in the Bay Area for vacation and I whipped up my trusty Unilocal app to see what I can get late at night and this particular In-N-Out came up. Coincidentally a friend in LA was raving about In-N-Out just a few hours earlier so I decided to give it another shot. After all, a visit to California is not complete until eating at In-N-Out. I set my destination to here and once I’m near, the drive thru line is so long it spills over to the road and I can’t turn right to go into it! Clearly drive thru is out of the question, so i decided to park my car and actually go in. Once in, service was as friendly as it can be. He could tell I was not from here and helped out with picking the items. I ended up with a double double and fries — both animal style and a shake. I sat down and took a bite out of the burger. WOW! This is incredible. A complete opposite to my previous experience. The fries were superb and a class above from before. This is the real thing made properly, not 2nd rate like the one in Texas. I don’t know if it’s cause of the suppliers, distance, or experience(the Texas one was very new), but I was pretty much blown away by the quality of the food for the price point. So I gotta say, I’m actually a fan now. But only when I’m in California!

Surprisingly, this place did reach up to its hype for me. The burgers were a bit too dry for me and the fries got soggy very quickly. Shake Shack might beat In-N-Out burgers!

Omg do I even need to say anything? In-N-Out is my all time FAVVV burger place BYFAR. I have yet to find another place that’s better. Parking — It can be a real bitch sometimes when it’s busy… Constant circling but definitely worth it. Service — Really nice and they work as fast as they can to get orders out. Food — 1. Double-double — Jeez, you have not lived until you have had one of these. I usually order it with the buns extra toasted just so it doesn’t get soggy later from the sauce. I always order this! 2. Fries — The best, simply the best. I also like my fries crispy so I ask for them well done. They taste really good either way though. 3. Vanilla milk shake — Creamy as can be. I like to dip my fries in it. What a sweet and salty combination. Hell yeah I’m coming back.

I can’t not give In & Out 5 stars. Sure, I have to drive out to this Daly City location, which is the closest location outside the one located in Fishermans Wharf. But it’s always worth it, especially since there’s a Krispy Kreme located about 20 steps away! Just realize that you will always have to contend with a crowd at this place, but despite the massive overflow of people, this place is kept relatively clean. And the staff is always nice and courteous. I don’t care how many other burger chains that open up in/near the city. In & Out will always be my go-to spot for fast food. Likes: –standard In & Out quality –great customer service –centrally located near Krispy Kreme –cheap!!! Dislikes: –not easy to get to using public transportation

The parking lot air is filled with the splendid aroma of all American in-n-out burgers. The lines are out the door. On a Sunday afternoon, you better be ready to scope out table seating like a freaking hawk. I’m pretty sure I hovered over people’s shoulders while they were enjoying their own burgs. Forget personal spaces. My beau and I ate for 4, but we’re only two. Gimme animal style everything. That’s all.

Great location, right next to the 280 and next to a krispy kreme. If you’re in line in DMV, come here for a snack instead of waiting at the DMV! Nothing out of the ordinary at this In N Out.

Still a long line at the drive thru after all these years. But it moves along quickly. Recently discovered their protein style burgers. Love it. You might need to think again on the cheese, I thought it was way too much without the bun.

Ok let’s be real — In n Out in front of the DMV? These people are MADGENIUSES! After dealing with a day at the DMV, who wouldn’t want a Double-Double with a Neapolitan milkshake and some fries? Come on! Ok on a real note, I’ve been here countless times and they even helped a sister out when I changed my order in the drive thru line, which, if you’ve been to an In n Out is kinda like a bozo nono if they already took your order and moved onto the next person. The service is always on point and the food is consistent and always soooo good. How can you say no to fresh, deliciousness? Even Anthony Bourdain can’t say no, which IMO is the cherry on top!

SERIOUSLYSCREWTHISPLACE. How the hell can a line out the door at 11:20 at night be justified?! I’m absolutely done with this place. On top of waiting in line for 10 min, I get to wait an extra 20 for my food. I could have driven to Marina, ordered food, and driven home with that type of time. I’ve been to more than a dozen In-N-Out locations in California and this is BYFAR the worst! To Corporate: OPENANOTHERLOCATIONINTHEPENINSULA! K thanks! Xoxo P. s. The jerk offs in the drive through line didn’t let me back out because they were too busy trying to order. Talk about being both lazy and classless. Meh. P.p.s: I actually like In-N-Out. just not this specific location. — My Sunnyvale experience: — My Alameda experience:

Coming from the East Coast, I had never tried In-N-Out Burger until now — a fact that was completely shocking to all of my West Coast friends. Apparently In-N-Out is an institution that deserves to be in the Hall Of Fame of everything and be included in the Michelin best restaurants list. Personally, I never eat fast food, so I was a bit skeptical, but coming back from South Bay we made a detour to finally get my taste of this California classic burger joint. At noon on a Sunday, this is probably the busiest you’ll find an In-N-Out — there was a line out the door(roughly 20 – 25 people) and every table inside was occupied. We sat outside where there were a few tables open and where the atmosphere was not over 100dB. Upon ordering my cheeseburger and ‘Kona’ coffee, I waited about 6 – 7 minutes for my order to be ready — probably slower than average but given the order volume, it was fine. Other people in my group got the animal fries, regular fries, double, and chocolate shake, so I had the opportunity to try a little bit of everything on the menu. Yes, for the value, this is a decent meal. You can certainly eat until you want to throw up for about $ 10. The one cheeseburger I had sat like a rock in my stomach for hours afterward and I didn’t feel like eating much for the rest of the afternoon(so if you want to call that a ‘hunger success’, I guess it was?). The Kona coffee was terrible and I probably deserve it for ordering fast food coffee — I was enticed by the prospect of Kona and was supremely disappointed. The burger was alright but you can certainly tell why it’s so cheap in the quality of the meat. The beef in a burger here seems akin to the chicken in a Chicken McNugget. The fries were average, and the shake was pretty good. Overall, it was a 3 star fast food experience. Of course In-N-Out can’t hold up to upscale burger joints, and for the price, you can’t beat it. I can afford to spend more than $ 3 on a burger, so I wouldn’t eat here again unless I was forced to. I can see the appeal though, and the line both in-store and at the drive-thru showed me how much people love it.
