Even when I said the car ahead of me left to the cashier, they still gave me their meals. Wrong order and I said that 3x and the employees couldn’t understand me.

Worst service and sometimes the drive thru makes you wait for a long time. This is the McDonalds I don’t like going to.

Eat here if you want cold fries and slow service. I can guarantee they will find a way to mess up your order.

the lady who i assume is the morning mgr is always working the drive through, no name tag, cell phone in hand. She usually takes the order through the speaker, then takes it again when you pull up to the window, i assume for a faster«ticket time». I again repeated my order she gives me a total, i pay exact CASH, no receipt, no napkins, no coffee, wrong food, No cars in line. uuuh. i get that its early and she may be tired. however, if you are dealing with food and money, you should get sleep the night before… the owner needs to check his staff…

Drive through takes forever even when there’s just 3 cars in front. When you are on the rush to go to work early morning this is ridiculous! I hope their management takes note.

I don’t expect much from fast food, but at the very least I’d like some ketchup like I asked. Now I have to eat my cold, stale and saltless fries without ketchup. I guess my fries got cold in the bag because it took 15 minutes to get my nuggets. Not to mention the horrible service. 1 guy taking and prepping orders for the drive through, 3 chicks behind him on their phones. If you ask me, $ 9.50/hr is overpayment.

Just as bad as Bayshore Blvd location. Burger was way overcooked and dry. Dining area was a mess– the table next to us had a tray with left over food. It was there the whole time we were there. The staff was gossiping the whole time. They screwed up our order and it was like they had to pay for the napkins out of their own pocket

Too dirty!!! A «spider» walked to our table. This is the worst MC Donald I have been. They mess up my order. They forgot to give me milk and two pies. Stuff can’t speak English well. I won’t come here again.

This McDonald’s chain is very sloppy. My family went there Sunday evening and bought 2 happy meals, a crispy chicken sandwich and a jalapeño burger. Oh my goodness! What a lame service. The cashier wasn’t friendly and they missed a couple of my orders, we had to go back and forth just to complete the damn food. Forgot to serve side orders of the happy meals and to make things worse my crispy chicken was so hard to bite on, seems like a day old. Geezz!!! So disappointed! I couldn’t eat it all so I just threw it on the garbage instead. $ 5 went to waste. Will not go back there again.

Customer service here is not a priority at all. What happened to the«customer is always right» and always doing your best to please the customer ??? I always have ordered a kids mighty meal hamburger. It always came with small fries. Well tonight I came and ordered the same thing I always order and i always check my food when they give it to me because well. Not the brightest work here to ensure preparing the correct meals. I had the hamburger and the cutie and a tiny tiny frie container that had maybe 7 fries sticking out of it. So I asked the girl at the window about it because I am so use to receiving a paper bag of small fries. She said that because I ordered a hamburger kids meal I don’t get the small bag I get the tiny tiny fries container. But if I had asked for the double double hamburger kids meal, I would of recieved the small fries. So I asked to speak with manager. Her name was Marybell. I told her my story of how I always order the same meal and this time I get different size fires. She said pretty much too bad and that I get the tiny fries container with this meal. I then asked if this one time she would allow me to take the small fries and she said no. I then said. «so then every time I have been coming here to order, they have been messing up and giving me the wrong size fries?» And she said no. ?? Haha I wanted so badly to go off but my son was in the car crying because this was taking so long so I took the tiny fries container with the 7 fries and left. I will be calling to complain about Marybell. I have been a manager in the food industry before and no matter the situation, I knew to try my best to please the customer. Even if it meant allowing them that ONE time to get the size that they have been receiving each time visiting before. I hope this place closes. I understand you people work at McDonald’s. Not the best place to work at but come on. Learn some customer service.

So this mc’ds is pretty much the same as any other McDonald’s on the planet earth with the following exceptions: This is a locally owned franchise store with some pretty good management. That parking lot is a little wonky. the entrance is actually on the block behind the McDonald’s and if you’re not familiar with the area it’s super easy to miss the signs for it. Once having found the parking lot and parked you have to cross the drive thru lane to get inside, which so far hasn’t presented any issues but as a pedestrian keep an eye on folks pulling out stuffing their gob and perhaps not seeing you. The inside space is kinda small for the volume of business. It can be tricky to find a table during peak rush times. There is an upstairs section but it’s typically kept closed due to a zombie infestation. Or something. At times the staff do their own hand decorated recruiting signs. It’s cute. I’ve had some great service encounters here, and while I’ve had to wait sometimes for my order I don’t mind as it comes out hot and fresh that way, and while there’s not tons of seating available typically there’s always room for one more. I’m not a big fan of company restaurants but there is nothing wrong with this McDonald’s.

UPDATE: They messed up my order again but even worse than I could ever imagine check out the mozzarella stick video I don’t know how many times I over paid for food I didn’t receive and come back to just get denied. I paid for two meals you gave me two fries two drinks and only one sandwich. This is the THIRDTIME within a couple months and I don’t go often. Why is it so hard to get a refund or my $ 2 sandwich back?! Highly unsatisfactory and your soda is always flat

Worst place to dine in. Order n take 30 mins to get your orders. Got my order as after 30 mins. No syrup for my son pancakes! Had to stand in line again… For 10 mins. They seems to only care about drive thru customers! Never coming back! The cashier, itself look like a retard. Lost in his own world, until his manger kept telling him what to do! Seriously! Gosh!

That Hispanic lady cashier, messed up with my friends orders. They were enraged and got refunded, she was also on her cell phone, while taking out food. She didn’t have her name tag, but we asked for the manager, and the manager put her in her place. My friends also got their refunds for the mistakes that were made by her.

Hours for drive through says they’re open at 5am. It’s 6:59a and no one was responding to the drive through call box. After waiting through 5 minutes of silence we drove to the window and saw two workers prepping. They saw us, repeatedly looked over and didn’t make any effort to let us know they weren’t open, «one moment» — nothing at all, just stares. How frustrating. Needless to say, we drove off and went right next door.

One day I walked all the way over here from the Mike Nevin Health Center and it was really cold that day. All I wanted was a hot chocolate because I can’t handle regular coffee. I waited in line for about ten minutes, had my money out and everything, and the girl tells me they are having problems with their hot chocolate maker. I walked out of their so mad. Really?! Lame!

This location is probably the grossest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. 1. The don’t use gloves– I watched them hand make burgers picking up patties and cheese with their bare hands. When I asked the front lady if they wear gloves she aid some do and some don’t. I’m pretty sure if you rich food you should have on gloves. 2. Dining room is gross– trash over flowing and everywhere. 3. Flys everywhere– dining room, bathroom, front counter 4. Stale bread– fries and buns stale and gross 5. Bathrooms gross– like everything else another neglected spot. I’ll be calling the health department in the am because I’m pretty sure they should be closed and fined. Avoid this place you will likely get sick. Praying my kids don’t get sick by the am.

Parking lot seems to always be full. Most of the workers don’t like eye contact. Most do that intentionally so they don’t have to be friendlier or have to help any extra napkin or ketchup requests. I’ve seen it all before. The place always seems to be busy also. Probably the most frustrating McDonald’s I’ve been to in terms of speed and friendliness but who cares? They get it done to the best of their ability. It seems like the customers at this one who hold everything up. Watching them standing there deciding what to order ATTHEREGISTER is ridiculous. That’s what you do while in line. Not when you finally get to the register. The team does their best.

It’s McDonalds. let’s established that first. A fast food joint that either feeds your nostalgia or that quick bite on a long drive. This is one of the few McDs near the city which isn’t affected by the higher costs due to SF property. Noticeable a couple dollars cheaper than another 1 mile away. Believe it or not, the food actually taste fresher and the portions are better. Why 1 star though? I came here last year and found a crawling grass bug in my fries. It made me swore off McDs until recently. I went back today and sat down for a meal. Nothing in my meal this time, but there were gnats and flies crawling on a half-eaten meal next to my table. I had to leave and finish in my car. Is there a reoccurring insect issue here? Why’s it so hard to keep bugs out?

Went to mcdonalds specifically for the Minions happy meal toy. The guy at the register with the mustache appeared very friendly. He even told me if I buy a value meal I can«get» a toy without the happy meal. I went ahead and ordered a value meal and a happy meal to get two toys. After ringing up my order I was like whoaaa that’s one expensive meal for two at mcd’s. Here are the details: 1. I get charged $ 1.69 for the additional toy. That would sound pretty fair had he not told me I can«get» one if I bought a value meal instead of «buy» one. I would’ve been better off buying two happy meals. 2. The was an up-charge of $.59 for getting apple juice with the happy meal. Again, I was not told of the up-charge. I would not even pay $.59 for the juice box itself let alone«up-grade» from a drink I was already entitled to. 3. I was charged $.15 for additional sauce for my 6-piece mcnuggets. I’ve never been charged extra for asking for two different sauces for my 6-piece. Once again, I was not told about the extra charge. To top it off, they even forgot to give me my extra toy. But later I told them and they apologized and gave it to me. Also, there was no napkin dispenser. Usually my way of compensating for bad service is taking more napkins than I need, but I couldn’t even do that here… haha.
