Little Caesars Pizza

I would not even give this place 1 star. POOR BUSINESS TACTICS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered 30 mins ahead for pick up and my order some how got «lost». There’s always a long wait for 20 mins Atleast on top of waiting for your food. Everytime I call it always goes to voicemail. The employees are slow and seem like they are high.
Sorry, I wish I can say better things but unfortunately I can’t. I hope this location improves.
Whoever is working this shift RIGHT NOW on 2−12−16 7:00 pm not only messed up my order and delayed my time for 35 mins but also messed up the 3 guys orders as well.

Been calling the store to order but no one answers the phone. i came to the store to order a deep dish pizza and they dont have it on stock. very disappointing!!!

Place was average. Nothing special about it except for the fact that food was insanely fast and cheap. I wish they had a couple tables though so people can eat there. Employees were polite and quick. Bonus points for the amount of napkins they give you! I think that’s awesome.

Got 2 large three meat treat pizzas and one $ 5 large pepperoni pizza. The three meat treat, pepperoni, bacon and sausage costed $ 8. Also the bacon was tiny bits, hardly noticeable. Also, unless you order the $ 5 pizza, you do need to call in your order. Now you got all the instructions, the pizza is fresh and hot. Good pizza for a good price. The bad thing is it closes at 9 pm and the location is a nice area, but sorta in the middle of nothing. I mean, unless you live and work in this area, I doubt you’d go outta your way to be in this area. Oh, also they did not answer their phone the first two times I called. Third time I called, I got an answer. Four stars because pizza was good and cheap, and the pick up was quick and easy.

This is the slowest worst service I’ve ever had at a little Caesars. The whole slogan for little Caesars is hot and ready under 5 minutes but you have to wait 30 to 40 on a damn Monday night.

Certainly the best pizza in town. Not only these Little Caesar Pizza makes the best pepperoni I have had in the Bay Area, but they are way cheaper than their competitors. Pizza is ready most of the times, likrly premade but it does not really matter because it stays great.

I don’t care what people say, Little Caesars pizza is delicious! And it’s cheap! You can’t beat their $ 5 lunch combo. There are no frills with this place. It’s in and out only. No place to sit and chill, but you don’t need to. And this is why this is my kind place! Save on space and let me take my pizza to go to the comfort of my home! And don’t forget that crazy bread! People may try and act like they don’t like this place, but I’ll tell the truth and let you know that this is about as good as it gets in terms of pizza in SF. Let’s just say I’m glad this pizza chain from the nineties finally made its comeback!

i just called wanting to place an order for a deep dish pep (lite sauce) and crazy bread… dude answered the phone with just hello, i was thrown off but whatever. i stated i wanted to place an order for pick up that i would like a deep dish pizza, before i could mention the light sauce, he stated THEY DONT HAVE DEEP DISH… !!! what do you have? «we have you know the basic stuff… «
So i think the manager is a skinny white guy, and his army of careless F*k ups get away with WAYYY too much, that guy needs to cann all the lowlives and then fire himself, i always go to this spot cause its 3 mins away from my house but seriously, they never pick up the phone, they have a voicemail that is full, staff is under developed and RUDE and the location, is a dump.
CLOSE this place already ill drive the extra miles just to see this place end

2 weeks ago we tried calling this location to place an order… and the mailbox was FULL!!!
So, we called the Millbrae location to place our order.
When I arrived at the Millbrae location I told them about the Daly City location and they told me that a lot of people are complaining that the Daly City location never answers the phone. Additionally, the Unilocal reviews mentioned that the Daly City location closed but the Millbrae location told me that the Daly City location is open, they just aren’t answering their phone!!!‘
That’s terrible customer service!!! and the phone mailbox says that it’s full!
I think the pizza tastes better and fresher at the Millbrae location anyway!

Standard location — pizza was hot and ready, but we had to wait a few minutes for crazy bread. It was plenty good for the price!
Although, they lose a few points for the antics of the workers inside — they were nice, but carried on with a few arguments in the presence of us super classy customers. Seriously, I want my pizza to go, not as part of a dinner theater… ain’t nobody got time for that!
The parking lot is small and crappy, but it works.

I called ahead of time to place an order so I would not have to wait. The staff guy told me there was plenty of cheese and pepperoni pizzas but when I got here, I had to wait 30 minutes. I am So upset right now. Bad customer service

The service is lousy even I ordered three pizzas in person yesterday to be pick up today at 4 pm I ended up to wait for another 15 minutes or so. That’s why I ordered it earlier assuming to be pick upon time.

First visit, they messed up my order. Second visit, they were 35 min late. Third — there will not be a third visit.

I called in twice to order for pickup and both times my calls were forwarded to voicemail. Pretty strange for a business

Arrived 1 hour before closing and expected to be able to pick up a hot n ready pizza. Instead I found I had to wait 15 minutes outside while they cooked a pizza. Evidently this little Caesars is not ready to comply with its regular hours of operation. Perhaps the new hours of being open till 11pm have thrown the crew off of their game. we’ll see what the future holds.

Little Caesars pizza five dollar large to go pizza for the kids clean the fast quick I got to get the bacon wrap pizza next time though that looks good. Anything wrapped in bacon always looks good hope it tastes as good as it looks.

I’m in love with their crazy bread, I could honestly eat it everyday. But the past two times, I got a batch that was burnt, and the second time was hard like rocks. Shouldn’t they check what they’re selling?! And if you know that the breadsticks are burnt, why are you putting them out for people to buy?! Unacceptable.

We are in! You might be like eeww cheap pizza but it’s decent and for the price what were you really expecting?!? What makes this place 4 stars is their efficiency and service. You come there and they always have the food ready! My Little boo LoOOooVEs the crazy bread! Everything is all good!

Last time I pick up A hot n ready, the crust was still raw. Yes we were eating raw pieces of dough, not cool man.

Hot and ready pizza? Sitting here waiting for about 25 mins, I remember when it was ready, girl was mean too said there was no bread sticks and clearly in front of us was a whole basket full. They really need to choose their employees better.
