Very expensive, I rather go to Karilgan or kadok. More food portion and cheaper price. I will not eat at the mall food court.

I know the mall location can be really expensive, but i paid $ 10 for a bowl of rice and beef. As soon as I took a bite of the beef, i had to throw it away. I felt terrible wasting $ 10 like that but i felt like i would have suffered more if I kept on eating the food. =(won’t be eating here again.

Their fried rice has no egg in it anymore, bummer. The cashier talked way too fast to my liking, but otherwise I haven’t had an issue with this location. The food is always nice and hot. Oh, I don’t care so much for their hot and sour soup. I just don’t feel there’s enough flavor in there.

This was the worst tasting Panda Express I’ve had. I don’t eat a lot of «fast Chinese food» but usually Panda Express has prove decent enough in a pinch. This was the worst! Everything tasted gross and they got most of my order wrong. The chow mein was bone dry and I’m just completely disappointed. I’ll never go to this one ever again.

Used to be a very huge fan of Panda Express. Went there today to grab a quick bite. Got their steamed veggies, orange chicken, and kung pao chicken. The orange chicken still tastes good. I think the other entrees used to be better. But what can you really expect from mall food, right? If you are looking for really good Chinese food, you should go elsewhere. If you need to just grab a quick bite, then you can have this place.

Authentic? Not so much. Works? Yes, it does. Shopping in malls can be a challenge food wise. After all, eateries need to cater to an extremely broad range of customers. Though there are a few sit down options, most shoppers(time is of the essence) land in the food court where again choices must be made. Cuisine? Budget? Selection? For weekday lunch, this place works for me, especially the two entrée combination. After choosing either fried rice or chow mein, my two entrees have included Shanghai Angus steak, kung pao chicken, mushroom chicken, and broccoli beef; like the calorie count next to each item… no orange chicken for me! The order taker and cashier are courteous and professional, a rarity at quick eat places these days. Is it authentic Chinese cuisine? Well, you know the answer to that. The lines prove… it just works.

Excellent service and great food! There was a long line, and the workers were prompt with our order. My only complaint is the Orange Chicken was wayyyyy spicier than normal, and that took some getting used to. Still delicious!

Prize went up but the quantity of servings became less. Used to be my favorite but not anymore. 2 stars…

I came here on a Friday night and the line was huge. Yet the workers were fast and efficient in getting out food and rushing people along. The portions were fairly big. I noticed that the server gave me a huge scoop of orange chicken because they were all stuck together. She seemed to notice this too. Therefore, she had to make up for this error by giving me less of my second entrée! Nonetheless, it was definitely more than enough food. Food was definitely fresh because it was so busy. They had the longest line in the entire food court.

Still so good! Even when there’s a long line, it goes fast. We were watching to make sure that they put enough meat and less veggies for beef and broccoli. Yeah, portions may be small, but how much can you even fit into the darn space in the box? No problem with the taste of the food!

As some previously mentioned, portions are stingy here. I was there near closing and they must have counted the few honey walnut shrimp they gave me(not cool when you’re paying extra for it). The actual display area for the food is also much smaller than say the Tanforan location thanks to a big pillar right in the middle of the front counter. As such it seems like they don’t have all the dishes most Pandas normally carry.

The food is good but my they are so skimpy for how much i pay i should get way more. I’ve been to the other ones & they gave a lot, like seriously why are you so greedy, the service was not nice at all no respect. Sigh and if you don’t get it to go you get even less on your plate. Please don’t waste your time.

Complete garbage the ladies working there are nasty and rude and passive aggressive and gossip queens. Ugly as it comes. But, there is a nice Asian lady who is older who was nice enough to help me while the fat one whatever it’s name was, was getting a bowel of food for her fat self, ever heard of a treadmill fatso? Lol. But, in the end the food is garbage and isn’t good at all. Avoid.

Yuck this branch is dirty as fuck They’ve got hair in their orange chicken They’re so damn dirty It’s the worst branch world wide Despite the fact that panda isn’t all that, not being CLEAN?! Takes away everything!

Great place for a diet because this Panda Express give you the smallest portions in the Bay Area. Seriously, you guys have the longest line of customers, won’t kill you guys to be a bit more generous with the portions.

This is not real Chinese Food! I’m sure you’ve heard it a thousand times but panda express is where I go to if I am desperate and if it’s convenient. The chicken is greasy, the beef and broccoli is greasy and the string beans with chicken isn’t even done right. The last thing I ordered from here was the noodles with just vegetables and I couldn’t even stomach that completely. I guess if you grow up around the traditional Chinese food that my grandma used to make for me, it’s not a surprise Panda Express isn’t up to par. I would only recommend this place if you’re at the mall and the line for sandwiches is too long and if you’re wallet is shy of more than $ 10.

This is the kind of Chinese food that made me think for most of my life that I hated Chinese food. As it turned out, I just didn’t like poorly prepared Chinese food with low-quality ingredients and gloppy sauces. My daughter loves this place, so I buy her Panda Express on occasion(though I continue to try to steer her elsewhere). The people working here are friendly, and the place is clean. However, it is very expensive. My daughter’s lunch of a few honey walnut prawns with white rice, mixed veggies, and a drink came out to over $ 10. If the quality and taste were better, I guess I wouldn’t mind the price so much. Despite my feelings on the place, Panda Express is very popular. Every time I’m in the Serramonte mall food court, they have the longest lines.

It is what it is. It’s cheap, service is quick, and it fills your tummy. They have supremacy in every mall food court I’ve ever been to, just learn to accept that.
