These guys get 5 stars right off the bat. First time I came in they had the best prices on some of the best juices. (I usually only buy 12 monkeys because it’s just that damn good!) One day I locked my keys in the car during a visit to get more juice. Without hesitation they got on the phone with AAA and called to have em unlock my car since I didn’t have roadside. Talk about above and beyond for their customers! Only vape shop I got to now.

I came in looking for a kit because i felt bad using my friend’s. Fabian and his team made my experience SUPER easy i told him a budget and he came through. I had so many little questions and they did not hesitate or judge me at all. By far the best vape shop i have ever been to. I am definitely recommending this place to my friends to anybody new to the vape culture or a veteran. I left with all the information i needed and more. I am for sure coming back thanks to these guys for the crazy selection of juices and amazing prices.

This is the best shop ever. The owner is hella chill and it’s like family over here. Come through and check it out. The prices are ridiculous. Juice selection is crazy over here, they got juices from Canada and Hawaii.

best vape shop I have ever been too. They cater to everyone. Whether you are a new to the culture or veteran collector, the education service they offer is exceptional. I’ve been too a few vape shops, and SCV has the best Juice menu and prices. Highly recommended. Ask for Matt. Thanks.

To be honest, BEST VAPE STORE WITHIN THE SAN FRANCISCO AREA. These guys know their stuff and aren’t one of those people who open a half assed vape shop with shitty juices and no knowledge. The owner was super helpful and you CAN’T find better pricing on juices unless you come here. My main shop from now on. You guys are awesome.

Customer service was phenomenal. The person that helped me out was Matt. He was very patient and had a lot of knowledge about the products in the shop. Also they had a lot of juices I haven’t seen in other shops. Definitely a place to come to. The prices are really good here. It beats out a lot of shops in the area. The vibe from the shop is very friendly.

Great shop with owners that know what they’re talking about! I found the shop the first week they opened and was happy to meet the owner who is very helpful and knows a lot about vaping. They have a huge selection of juices, such as high chew!

Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. From the second I stepped into the shop the staff was more than welcoming. Usually when I go into a vape shop with my boyfriend the focus is completely on him because he was the main buyer, but Fabian totally took me by surprise and made sure I knew that I too was a valued customer. He made sure that he really got to know me and didn’t try to sell me on anything that I didn’t need.
The prices are the best I’ve seen and the products are hand picked by the staff. They also made sure that I knew if there was anything that I saw outside of the shop that I wanted they would still be able to get it for me. The best part about this shop is that they remembered me the second and third time that I returned.
Definitely not just a shop but a strong refuge for the vape community. They are even open til midnight on weekends. Definitely a place to chill.

Great shop with plenty of space to hang out! Great Customer service. Very good selection of juice including lines from Canada (Twelve Monkeys), Hawaii (Aloha Vapes), and Las Vegas (Vapetasia) The prices for juice are very competitive. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable about anything vape related.

I came in alone when there was a lot of customers, but Phabian (I think that’s how you spell his name) greeted me right away and helped me with what I needed. He suggested me some flavors and helped me decide on the melono flavor, which tastes great! I left the shop feeling very welcomed and I’ll definitely be coming back again!
