Simply Uniforms

Excellent service! I called ahead and had a helpful, unhurried chat with Yvette re sizing, product availability, ordering sizes up to last the whole school year, etc. She remembered the conversation when I brought my daughter in, and I was impressed with the speed she had the sizes in question available to try on multiple garment types. The whole experience was painless even with kindergartener, newborn and husband in tow (and that is saying a lot!) Very efficient, knowledgable and pleasant. If only more businesses still demonstrated these values! Common sense: Shop the sale early for best in stock availability, and try to go weekday hours rather than peak evening or weekend times.

Came here again for the new school year. I came the week before school started and the store was still busy. The front door was closed and it was during business hours, so it meant you had to wait until a customer inside left. (I guess due to the Fire Marshall.)
The employees are pretty helpful with your purchases. Once you enter the store, they ask you what school you attend. I happen to think the one that was helping me was new. At check out, she kept asking the other lady questions. And when I got home, I looked at my receipt and saw that she had made an error in her calculating the total. (Yes, they are pretty old school in that sense.) They ended up charging me an extra $ 13!
No biggie though, I know people make mistakes. When I called, I spoke to someone who had great customer service. She apologized, and said she’d send me a free pair of socks as well as the refund check. (which came 2 days later.)
Their uniforms are excellent quality. Very durable and the pleats still look perfect. Both of my daughter’s skirts lasted the whole year and I have a feeling I’ll be able to hand down my older daughter’s skirts to my younger daughter. Yippee!

Very helpful staff and always have what we need in stock. Greeted as we walked in, asked what we needed, walked us over and helped with sizing. In and out with what we needed. Check out can be a bit slow, still provide hand written receipts.
Small store. Over stocked with merchandise — but that is why they always have what you what you need.

Very helpful workers. It’s also best not to come the week before school starts, the line will be out the door. I can’t believe they have uniforms for American Girl dolls in your school colors. They have a sale only once a year which usually starts at the end of each school year.

This place has yet to do me wrong. Service is great. They always have what I need in stock and they know what my school requires off the top of their head!

My experience here has been great thus far. I’m able to call in and tell them what I need and they will have everything filled out and waiting for me when I arrive. The quality of the clothes is good to fare. But I have to make sure the buttons are sewed on properly and before I wash them. I’ve been doing a lot of sewing since August 2012 I could start a small business. Despite the sewing I will be returning there to purchase my sons uniforms for the next 12 years. :-)

Came in on the before school started and as expected, it was a madhouse. Uniforms are a grip but the service is great. The young lady checked in on us in the fitting room multiple times and retreived all the sizes & colors we needed for my daughter’s uniforms.

First off, the young lady who helped us was cordial and professional; hence, the 2 stars. On the other hand, I was very disappointed to find out they were out of the sweaters needed for my son. Hmm… I think it’s common sense to have at least 2 items in inventory before ordering more and not have to wait until they were fully depleted. It’s unfortunate that my son has to go a week without a uniformed sweater.
I usually don’t write reviews, but after my encounter today, I couldn’t resist. Anyhow, we had recently moved and the school we registered with had a flyer for «Early Birds,» which would have been back in June. The lady at the office suggested I asked the store and let them know we just moved and to see if they would still honor it. Well, the gentleman, looked at me like I was stupid and sarcastically responded, «Early Bird? NO!» A simple, «Sorry, but we can’t honor it,» would have sufficed. Darn, we should have moved here in June in time for the «Early Bird Special.» I don’t want to sound like a pest, but I truly believe in first impressions and professionalism… unfortunately, I didn’t feel that way here.
We will be seeking business elsewhere after this.

Needed complete uniforms for 2 kids. Was in and out in less than hour. Granted I came early in the summer, not 2 weeks before school started. But there WAS a 20% off sale going on, but anyway here goes… This little shop is tiny. Only Little Lucca is smaller. We walk in and one the workers, who is very friendly and sweet escorts the kids into their own dressing rooms. She was very knowledgeable about the uniform they needed and quickly brought them in. Although, she underestimated the size of my 6 year old. But that’s OK. A young girl, who probably doesn’t have kids yet. Rather than me searching the whole store for the size I need, they have generic opened shirts, sweaters, skirts, etc. It’s quick and easy. So extremely painless. I was dreaded this uniform shopping day because of last year fiasco at Dennis. But this experience was 150% better than last year. Easy to find. Easy parking. I got 20% off. Prices are also slightly lower than their competitors. The receipts are hand written, which was a little time consuming. Thankfully the store was not full, which might be a problem in August. And the skirt was is really long, which is not great for my daughter, who is on the shorter side. I will follow up on the quality of the uniform itself. Overall I am thrilled will Simply Uniforms :)
