Subway

I went to this location recently and it was slow. I’m guessing there was training in process because she was asking questions and being really slow which I totally understand. What I didn’t like was that I said light mustard and the bottle accidentally exploded all over my sandwich. But, she literally did nothing. The trainee and other employee were laughing and speaking in a language they thought I didn’t understand. It was just really rude and quite unprofessional

I was there today with my children and witnessed up hand that the staff dropped a 6″ Flatbread and put it right back into the bread warmer, that’s just not right and not sanitary at all…

I just called right now to ask what’s their footlong of the day. I say thank you to Jenny & she just hangs up. So Jenny, if you already have an attitude over the phone, what else if I go there in person. I’ll just go to another Subway

I’ve come here a handful of time since I moved to Daly City. This place is a no go. They never heat up their meat enough and they seriously skimp on their sauce. Also, their cookies are never soft; always stiff. Today was my last time coming to this Subway.

I tried Subway 15 years ago and hated it, tried again today thinking they may have improved still Worst sandwich ever.
Also, no restrooms for dine in customers at this location.

After getting our sandwiches from the old crones who work here, we asked to use the bathroom so we could wash our hands. We were told to go to Taco Bell across the parking lot.

Dont come here in the morning and order a sandwhich! Twice Ive ordered around 9am and both times I got yesterdays nasty, stale, hard as a rock bread! Of course I didnt know it until I got home. So much for «Subway, eat fresh».not

No matter what Subway comes up with, sandwich wise, they will always be mediocre and probably taste the same no matter how they make it. I prefer Quizno’s over Subway or deli sandwiches over Subway any day and if I’m lazy or broke I would only go to this Subway. Although it’s a hit or miss on customer service here. Depending on who is there. But for the most part they seem miserable and do not want to be there. They don’t greet you or have a smile on their face and they are impatient. So make sure you know what you want when you get there otherwise you’ll be rushed.

I have been eating Subway foot longs recently. For some reason this store’s sauces are tastier than others.
I like their staffs’ service attitude. Subway food is as health as I like to get.

My nine year old daughter ordered the kids meal but they only give you a few choices for sandwiches, and she wanted salami instead of the ham or turkey they offered. They would not even substitute the meat for her. Another subway substituted the meat for her but this subway would not do it. Very bad customer service and satisfaction in my opinion. Children should be allowed to choose what they would like on their sandwich as much as the adults. I also feel some of the employees are not very friendly here.

Can’t really say much about this subway other than they seem to short change you on the vegetables, serve their chicken cold, and didn’t provide dressing or cheese. I ordered a salad this evening with extra pickles and barely got that. When I asked for this usually the other stores will put everything in a bowl and cut it up. Then they’ll heat the chicken and then place it in the bowl with whatever cheese you order. Tonight I got salad with veggies cut up like cutting a tomato in quarters after it’s already been cut up into halves and cutting my pickles up into quarters after I asked for extra for which she gives me three slices extra then cuts them up thinking that cutting them up was giving extra. Then there was no dressing added after I told her put oil and vinegar with some salt and paper and then there was no cheese added. I stated exactly several times what I wanted and still she can’t get it right. Don’t waste your time coming here. They seem cheap with their veggies and meat products.

Love this pace! Best subway I’ve ever been too. Food is always fresh just like the commercials says!

This review is only about the owner. The food is whatever, its Subway. But this owner a bully. When I walked in there was a young kid behind the counter who looked like he was prepping chicken. He stopped to help me as he should and in the middle of him making my sandwich the prick owner came out and questioned him about the chicken. He didnt just question him, he VERY loudly said, «ARE YOU DONT WITH THIS… PUT IT BACK!» He replied, «yes sir»
A boss is never suppose to call out his employees like that. You say whatever you have to say when nobody is around to hear it. You dont just embarrass your employees like that. This owner walks around as if he’s the king. Reality check: you are a franchisee of a mediocre sandwich shop. Chill the F*%! out!

Service is fast and efficient. The ratio of meat and veggie is also equal. I’ve been to other Subways where they basically give you a lettuce sandwich so that’s a plus here. Not bad.

I always get lousy service when I go to this Subway. The people behind the counter never look happy and make you feel you have to rush your order. There is no one in line behind me either and I still feel like I have to rush. I go to another Subway in the area and get treated much better. Never again at this location.

I’ve never been so disappointed in my food for the value and quality of it. I love Subway, but I will go out of my way not to go to this location even though it’s closest to my house. Every time I come here, I get terrible service from the workers, but I keep coming back thinking it will get better. I’m done now.
You can’t really go wrong with Subway because they put what you want in your sandwich, right? Wrong. For some reason, this one just sucks a lot more than the others. The quality of the food just doesn’t come out as well as I’ve tasted at other locations, and I always order the same thing. It’s hard to describe unless I go into the details on my order.
First off, the workers here always seem to be grumpy, and have some attitude on them, and it makes me feel unwelcome.
Most importantly, I’m outraged because the prices are RIDICULOUS for their breakfast sandwiches (which is my favorite thing to order). This location will charge $ 5.50 for a 6″ steak, egg, and cheese sandwich, and $ 7.50 for the footlong. At any other location, you’re likely only going to pay $ 3.50 for the same 6″ sandwich, and get better quality and service too.

Love that they open early so when I’m in a bind making lunch for the kids, they’re there for me. Can’t go wrong — you choose what you want and Bam! They put it together. Never a surprise since you get to watch them make it.
Props to the lady that helps us out in the morning at 7:30 AM. I don’t think I could smile to everyone that walks in that early.

Cheap and predictable. That’s about the best you can say for this Subway. The food is nothing like what is in the advertisements. Especially the «hot» sandwiches.
The good news is you can pick out your toppings, the bad news is the base of the sandwich, like the chicken cutlet, will be some sketchy pre-​made formed cutlet that was pulled out of a plastic bag and sitting all dry and chilled for hours on end.
With enough mayo and jalapenos, basically anything from Subway becomes edible, but not exactly tasty.
Good for students on a budget who don’t mind eating mystery meat.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! I went here about a couple weeks ago to order an ITALIAN BMT, i was standing in line talking to my cousin and he asks me what I’m going to order. and i said «oh! i’m getting the veggie delight!» (sarcasm)
then when it was my turn to order i tell the lady that I want an ITALIAN BMT, so then she asks me what kinda bread, cheese, & veggies i want. then i realize there’s no meat! and I’m like uh, i ordered an Italian BMT not the veggie delight. i even pointed at the menu.
she starts shaking her head and brushes me off and asks what kind of condiments i want. and i was like i didnt order that sandwich. and then she starts wrapping it up and throws it on the counter.
this other lady walks in and stands behind the cash register and i told her that i never asked for that sandwich and that i’m not going to pay for it. so the lady asked what happened, i tell her the story then she asks me if the lady who made my sandwich offered to make me a new one, and i told her she didnt and how she just threw it on the counter.
so then the lady behind the cash register kept offering to make me a new sandwich and i just kept saying no while the lady who fucked up my order mugged the living shit out of me while making my cousins order! –_​_​– seriously?! worst service ever! the funny part is that my brother was making his order while she was eves dropping on me and my cousins conversation. if she just payed attention on the customer before me instead of my conversation with my cousin she never would’ve messed up my order!

Close to home. Simply can’t go wrong with any Subway. Parking sucks on the weekends.
