Wells Fargo Bank

So first off I been banking with the bank for almost 3 years me and wife have a joint account. So when fraud was commit on my account cause someone did a mobile deposit to my account and the funds wasn’t there in the other person account I got screwed over. The denied my claim when they was the ones to approved the money in the first place. Then I sent to another wells Fargo member cause they made the funds available to me then they said it my fault then why make the funds available to me. Shouldn’t have made available to my accoun. I had bad experience but every other bank I had they fix their mistakes but wells Fargo they just blame their customers. So fuck them ago

Worst Wells Fargo to ever try and get a loan from. Not very knowledgable, a lot of lies and very lazy. Wells Fargo is expensive when it comes to getting a loan anyway. Don’t waste your time on getting a loan here because you’ll just be paying for their commission and the cost of running their brick Nd mortar/​overhead. Go to a bank like first republic, Sterling bank or even a mortgage broker you can trust. They give you better service and you can at least trust them.

This bank is always so busy but every time I come in I receive prompt and excellent customer service. I want to thank Mike Franco for being the most helpful, patient personal banker I’ve had at Wells Fargo. He answered all of my questions and was extremely professional.

Wilma!!! You are such a sweetheart so warm and welcoming! Super helpful went to a different branch in the am where they were lets just say not so helpful… came to the west lake location and luckily got Wilma! Helped me with my issue with no problems and very quickly! And even gave my big kid (my hubby) some Halloween suckers :) lol thanks again Wilma! And supervisor (who’s name I don’t remember I’m sorry) who called to check if everything went well after.

I went there to open checking account and deposit 100 dollar inside. After a month, I received two bank statements which checking and saving. The lady named Wilma split 100 dollar and open that saving accounting without my permission. I called the bank and always was told they are busy and call me back. However, they never call me back.

Wilma and Victor went above and beyond with my issue. They were super patient and provided necessary solutions to my complicated case. Why can’t Bank of America do the same thing?!

A place with a ridiculous system. Which I’m completely baffled by because I’ve had a check cashed before this way, with another branch of the same bank.
I’ve had really REALLY bad experiences with banks so I’m taking a sort of bank break. I don’t have a reg job so no constant income to put into an account. I get a personal check from a Wells Fargo user so I head on in to cash the check. Apparently because I don’t have a bank account with anyone or a credit card I can’t cash a check.
Two forms of ID? A BANK CARD IS NOT AN ID CARD.
No one ANYWHERE takes a debit or credit card as ID. It has to be gov’t issued. WELL WTF IS A STATE BENEFITS CARD THEN?
Not only that but neither is a medi-​cal card? That thing I take to the hospital to IDENTIFY MYSELF.
Nope, you need drivers license, which is complete stupidity because not everyone drives! Or like myself it was stolen and I’m waiting for an appointment to replace it.
So thanks Wells Fargo. I don’t get to eat today or tomorrow until a family member can get to me so I can just endorse the check over to them. #teamhungry

A bank that is open on SUNDAYS!

Finally a bank location worth giving it 5 stars. And it is inside Safeway in Westlake Center. Manager is a young courteous lady Tatiana Estrada, but the true professional to look for is a young banker Mr. Mark Perkins.
From time to time I do international wire transfers, and my experience so far all around was most likely negative, in a sense that staff is usually not familiar with the procedures making it horribly painful and slow. Not Mr. Perkins, I’ll tell you that much: Confident with the, reason, he processed transaction flawlessly in less than 5 minutes. I believe that’s worth reward such as a good Unilocal review.

I highly reccomend this Wells Fargo, the bankers and tellers are the best I have ever met. I come here all the time and have met with four different bankers, and all four of them have been WONDERFUL. They go out of their way to accommodate you, and are polite and fun to talk to. They’re interested in your well being, and it really shows.
The hours are a great bonus!

I just love the fact that this is one of few branches open on a Sunday or with late hours. Top it off with friendly staff!
