OMG… I love this store. I usually don’t write reviews, but I decided to do it this time because I don’t think the reviews for this location are fair. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get my graduation cake from this store because of the bad reviews, however I decided to give it a shot since this store is close to my house. I had so many requests and the owner listened to all of them. My cake was super big and it turned out sooooo well. Thank you Mike for such amazing experience

Today was free ice cream day, and when we asked the lady what cones were free she said she didn’t know anything about NATIONAL free ice cream day. So we purchased small cones and the ice cream was freezer burned… wow. Worst free ice cream day ever.

The in store ad of 31% off any Sundae got me to buy one. However, I guess I should have brought a lawyer and reading glasses to read the fine print that the discount only applied to the 31^st of a month. I had fond memories of growing up with 31 flavors, now I am only left with the bad aftertaste of being taken.
Plus the brownie in the Sundae was stale. :-(
Baskin-Robbins shame on you! You got me a for a few bucks, but I’ll never go back.

After 50 years of ice cream service, this company still consistently makes some of the best pistashio ice cream on the market. Kudos for that, though not much else. Note to the store owner, do you think it is a good idea to have three, 16-year old boys work together at night unsupervised? I think you need a video cam!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Those three words pretty much sum up my experience. I grew up loving and still do love me a baskin-robbin ice-cream bday cake… but I would NEVER get one here.
Let’s just say that the owner or older gentleman who works here is rude, and not professional at all. I even had to complain to the actual baskin robbin website since this left such a bad taste in my mouth.
I repeat… DO NOT GO HERE… visit the San Juan Capistrano branch where they are nice and professional.

Had to take the kiddies to an ice cream parlor on a hot sunny day! Boy it was packed. Other than it being pack service was ok, but not the best.
