I’ve stayed in shape through the years by engaging in a variety of activities but as I got older I needed more than what had worked for me in the past. I was referred to Eileen and when we met I was impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. We started on a weightlifting regiment that was both efficient and effective. I thought I knew enough about weights and working out but soon learned from Eileen that I was doing them incorrectly. In just a few weeks I was able to see results and more importantly she taught me the secrets of a good work out that I could now take with me anywhere. After a few months I did have to move away for work but to this day I still utilize some of the techniques that I learned first hand from Eileen.

I’ve always kept fairly slim by watching my diet and without having to work out. Then 40 years old hit and gravity kicked in. I was in denial for a few years and at 44 I realized I needed help. I tried crossfit in the park, pilates, yoga and quit them all after just a few sessions. I decided to give weight training a shot, but didn’t know the first thing about it. Eileen has been a motivator, dietician and teacher. I’ve been seeing her 3 times per week since January 1st, haven’t missed one and most importantly, haven’t QUIT! I’m seeing improvement in my posture, have lost that lower back/sciatic pain, my clothes are fitting better and I just feel better in general. Being in my late 50’s and plagued with lower back pain I knew that I had to start exercising again. I would come home from work and the only way the pain was relieved was to stay off my feet and sit. I had concerns that exercising might increase the pain if done incorrectly and I knew that I needed help. Eileen worked with me for several months focusing mainly on my problem areas, my back and abdomen. The back pain diminished over the months and I was able to come home and do things without the pain. I guess dropping 25 pounds was an additional bonus. In short, Eileen is a great trainer and definitely knows what she is doing. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding professional personal trainer!
