I’m very dissapointed in the customer service that this perticular location finds exceptable the attitude and the willingness to cooperate and provide good customer service. I will neither shop here or recommend this location to anyone. In business one bad experinence equals 10 bad referals.

We have been to this gamestop numerous times. Every time that we have gone there, the staff has gone above and beyond our expectations. We were even interested in getting another ipad and the manager indicated they didn’t have any, but she would be more than willing to go to another store and get it for us. Another time I had a few games on hold for Christmas presents, when we showed up, they had accidentally been picked up by someone else. I was so upset, but they did everything they could to fix it. They gave us new games at a discounted price, that were not available at a used price. Everyone here has always been friendly and never annoyed or irritated about questions. They are always eager to help and hunt down games. A++++

Preorder a game and was told it would be available 1÷9÷13, received text it was moved to 1⁄11. Showed up on 1⁄11 and was informed they sold all that they received. I now have to wait an additional 3 – 4 days. I shouldn’t have to show up before they open to get my preorder. Please note Irvine had 3 extra on top of their preorders so there are 3 lucky folks who didn’t even need to pay for a preorder. I will never preorder with them again.
