They’ll walk you through everything they’re going to do and ask if you’re doing ok throughout the process.

I would like to echo the wonderful comments, and genuine words everyone has expressed about Dr. Franke and of his office staff and hygienists – they are truly the best! My husband and I have been going for nearly 8 years — my in laws go here as well. I have always experienced nothing but the best and have always felt welcomed, heard, and taken care of! I also love my hygienist! All in all, it’s a great dental office, it’s in a nice area, with ocean view and great people!

I was born with a cleft pallet and growing up I had a lot of help from generous grants from donors who made cosmetic dentistry affordable for my family. As an adult I am no longer benefited by their generosity and I needed a new partial (retainer with fake teeth). Dr. Franke was up front, honest, and very helpful with choosing what would fit my needs best. This partial is top of the line and I have never had a better looking smile in my life! I am so glad to have found Dr. Franke, especially since his office is right down my street. His receptionist is prompt, kind, and VERY helpful. There is no pressure and they won’t rack up a huge bill without going through everything with you and working with you. He is a top notch dentist and on behalf of everyone who has had bad experiences with half ass dentists, this is a huge relief.
My wife also needed some dental work done as she is from Russia and did not have proper dental care growing up. She needed a tooth removed and was VERY scared of dentists. Mr Franke’s office made her feel so calm and she truly enjoyed her experience (yes. of having a tooth pulled).
I have found my family dentist for years to come Thank you Dr. Franke!

If i could give them 10 stars i would not be exaggerating!
I had bad experience whit a dentist and im absolutely terrified when i go to the dentistry!
After my first experience i was desperately looking for someone i can trust. I needed to extract the tooth and do the implant (never done any of this) At my first visit Dr. Franke explained everything that needs or can be done, every step, he gave me some advices and options.
I came back for my surgery a little nervous, they gave me some calming medication, explained every step they going to do and started working. I did not expect that something like that can be done absolutely painless. Dr. Tim (if im not mistaken) the most gentle and caring oral surgeon you can find!

My partner and I went to Dr. Franke for 7 years before our dental plan forced us to make a change. He is simply THE best dentist we’ve ever had — caring, sensitive to your pain, friendly, good work at reasonable prices (no upsell), convenient hours, great office staff and hygenists, beautiful location, available after hours, etc. We have had nothing but problems with our new DMO dental plan and other dentists since Dr. Franke and we are counting the days until we can go back to his office and care. Again, he’s the best — really.
