My ring has been fixed a couple of times since we have purchased it. There have been a number of problems and I’ve been to another jeweler that did a bang up job, I left with a ring (bezel) that was barely hanging on.
I had reached my hand into a trash can, got my ring caught, and the bezel broke.
That’s how I found Rick at Harbor Jewelers. This man is the boss! He and his cousin were so gracious and helpful. Rick kept me from crying, provided input, and helped me find the perfect fit to my ring. His help was imperative to making my ring my ring again. He helped me create a mix of my husband and I’s taste, and made my ring functional. I can’t wait to see the finished product. I’ll post pictures as soon as I get my ring back.

We have bought a Tag watch, my engagement ring and last week our wedding bands from here and will be repeat customers for life! Rick is great to deal with and really takes the time and effort into ensuring we are 100% happy. You cannot get service or quality jewellery like this on the high street. A rare find in a jeweller these days with stunning, rare to find quality jewellery inside!

The owner Richard is a true artist. He hand makes everything old school. He is making a silver bracelet for me. He starts with a solid piece of silver then draws his on silver into a cable then hammers each piece individually. No one works think this anymore, everything is mass produced or computer design. Richard does his work the way it was done over a hundred 100’s ago, the right way with uncompromising passion about his work. And you would never know it unless you went in the store to talk to him, there nothing on the outside to indicate that an old world master is working in this shop.
When you talk to him make sure he is looking at you, he has a hearing problem.

I really enjoy my visits to this lovely jewelry store. It’s in a great location among the Harbor shops and has an open and friendly atmosphere. They always have a nice selection of pieces on display for browsing. The owner, Vartan J, has great taste and a vast knowledge of fine jewelry. His eye for creative design is tops, and he can make just about anything you want. I recently had him make a ring for me; which is not only beautiful, but also now one-of-a-kind! His craftsmanship is excellent. I would highly recommend this store, along with Vartan’s talents, to anyone!

Recently my husband and I were walking around Dana Pt. Harbor and found this fantastic Jewelry Store. What is special is that all the Jewelry is custom made there. It is a family owned business and I bought a fabulous black pearl ring from Rick. I liked the fact that my ring is one of a kind. The prices are surprisingly reasonable. I will visit this store again and again. Love this place! Give it a try.
