Had an issue with I-Pad Data /Charge port, John looked after me, from initial phone call to job completion he provided excellent service and I would recommend to anyone, especially as the repair was some $ 250 cheaper than Apple quoted me.

WONDERFUL!!! I just could not be more pleased with all the personal attention that was given to me by saleperson Ash and by his manager today while shopping for a digital camera and a new cellphone and plan. The service – especially for me, a senior citizen type person totally unfamiliar with these devices – was out of this world in terms of skill and patience. No pushiness whatsoever, just empathy and understanding. Wow! Go there. See Ash if he’s there.

Went here for some router cable, and ended up buying the new 4G Epic cell phone. I needed a new phone and they had a great sale going on. No high-pressure BS like at a mall kiosk or Apple store, just honest and simple advice and service. Blake was the rep. that walked me through everything. I stink at new tech stuff, and he knew it… but took his time and explained everything from answering the phone, billing and new upgrade and app technology. Since then, Ive been in twice to badger Blake with questions and such, and he’s always super friendly and on point! I’ll never step foot into the mall, Apple store, or Sprint store when I’ve got someone like Blake as my personal IT Director !! Why go into the big places that don’t care how long you wait, and just want to sell something??? In my book, Radio Shack should give Blake a region of 20+ stores and company shares. Personal and comfortable service is becoming a thing of the past, in retail. You can step foot in here and chat with Blake about anything you want… for FREE. That’s that kind of place that earns my biz and referrals! Thanks again !!!

This place in unbelievable. I’m pretty sure all Radio Shacks are going out of business, and it’s probably because of locations like this one. I’ve been in on numerous occasions and literally everytime I’ve been let down. After this past time I have sworn off all Radio Shacks forever. Call them up, ask if they have a few particular products that I need for a live music concert I was putting on that night. They tell me yes, we’ve got all of those for you, they’re now on hold behind the counter for you. Awesome! Saves me a trip all the way to Guitar Center off El Toro, sweet. So, I drive up to Radio Shack on my way into Laguna, ask for the stuff that’s on hold, the dude behind the counter then says ‘Oh yeah, totally forgot’. Proceeds to go try and find the gear out on the floor, then lets me know that, oh man so sorry, we don’t actually have that stuff in stock for you. OK, why’d you tell me it was on hold then? ‘Oh, it was like, uh, kinda busy, and yeah, I figured we had it’. Dimwit, man. Figure it out. I’ve worked and managed a retail space for 10 years. The manager at the time was of no help either, having some crazy personal drama phone call while trying to stock that useless gear they still sell. Don’t go here. Would probably have better luck finding what you need at the Taco Bell next door.
