I have to say I am really impressed with this little spot inside the hotel. I get a great soy latte in the mornings with a super stuffed bacon egg and cheese sandwich or wrap. Yum and they have a nice variety of snacks here. My favorite so far is the Rustys chips. I think they are local. Not sure. They are yummy that’s what I know. They also have a dessert case. Breakfast pastries in the morning and gorge desserts(fancy lookin) in the evening. Tonight I got the chocolate hazelnut cake. Ah-some. Oh and the staff AH-mazing. Tonight the chef went to great lengths to avoid cross contamination of a food my son is allergic to. It was so wonderful of him and he did it without hesitation. The sweet young guy who worked the register made it so that we felt at ease about asking. What a great experience tonight. Great

Nice spot but not at all impressed with the pastry selection. The coffee/espresso is Pete’s coffee if that’s what you like. I got the market green juice… very disappointing for $ 11! Don’t get this if you’re used to high quality green juices. I don’t think they actually have a juicer that can extract greens, as I would have thought with the item description. I asked for it without banana because I didn’t want something too sweet and it basically tasted like apple juice with tiny bits of parsley and kale floating on top. I had to throw most of it out.

I am not sure where to start with this review! It’s obvious that at this hotel they should have everything… right. Trust me I’ve been to luxury hotels that do not! The coffee is amazing here… not to mention you can get just about any snack you are craving. My personal favorite is their panins and coffee. Enjoy my friends

After about a 2 mile walk in the area, I thought I would come in here for a coffee. I am so happy I found this place. It has a nice selection of sandwiches and salads along with a list of specialty coffees they make. It’s nice to find this place in such a luxury hotel, so that you do not have to spend a lot of money for a quick bite. It is also perfect for the early riser who wants to get a French pastry or breakfast item. I decided to get the Tuna wrap to start and decided to pass on the coffee… as I was quite warm from my walk! The tuna salad was delicious, however, I would have liked just a bit more mayonnaise or olive oil, as it was just a bit dry. However, it was well seasoned, and I loved the yellow bell pepper in the wrap.
I then split with my son, the best ice cream sandwich I ever had! It was a homemade chocolate marcaron with homemade vanilla bean ice cream in the middle. It was so good, I had to really resist not to get more. They have a selection of 3 flavors of macarons to choose from.(chocolate, vanilla, and raspberry) They have a selection of 3 different ice creams to put in the middle of it. Everything is made on the premises, including the ice cream! The place is clean, the service is friendly. And the view is the best! You can either sit in the little market and peek at the ocean views, or you can take your order out to the lounge and sit to see the breathtaking views of the ocean. It is also nice to go during the week, when there are fewer people. I will be back!!!

This is a great stop for a snack or a small meal, it has a nice set of tvs that has most of the games, food is good, there is no meals, mostly deserts and quick bites/snacks.

This a nice spot to grab a snack when visiting the Ritz Carlton. There is a good variety of popcorn, candy, drinks, and desserts. They also have great pizza and paninis here too! The last time we stayed here, my son and I came back from the beach and were so hungry. Not dressed for one of the restaurants, we decided to stop by here and grab a pizza. We were so impressed with how good it was! Yesterday, we came here right after dinner and ordered dessert from here. My son really liked the chocolate ice cream, and I thought the chocolate cake was delicious as well. It was a nice way to end our meal. The décor is fun here. Lots of televisions, a lovely fireplace, plenty tables and chairs. I really like those cozy chairs in front of that large fireplace. I think the lighting is wonderful here as well. For a casual place to grab a quick bite, the Marketplace at the Ritz Carlton is a fun spot. With plenty of snack and dessert options, this is a great stop at when visiting my favorite resort!

Best place to grab a quick snack or bite in between meals. Also, kid friendly and many choices. They had many items on the menu such as sandwiches, desserts, coffee drinks etc. It’s set up so cute that you want to hang around for a bit. Also they have TVs around the wall, and a whole station to charge your phones, computers, iPads and any other gadgets. I like the fact that if you don’t want to eat at a restaurant in the hotel, this is a casual café style place. The few days I was there, I went here multiple times to get a snack or drink. Their smoothies were good but a few flavors were a bit tart and I like my smoothies sweet. Overall, I think this is a great casual place for this hotel. Wish it had extended hours but then again you can order room service!

Great coffee. Excellent service. Minus 1 star because my $ 12 ham & brie panini was a tiny ham & cheese sandwich on toast, not at all what I expect from a panini at the Ritz. Two thin slices of ham, a thin slice of brie and some caramelized onions made for a very mediocre sandwich. Disappointed. Although my server, Tanya, could tell my disappointment and offered to remake my sandwich(wouldn’t have changed a thing), I opted to just eat it and leave. As I was finishing, Tanya brought me a complimentary dessert(key lime pie) and was very sweet and apologetic. This type for service should not go unnoticed. A+ for Tanya!

Hip and cool interiors. Great selection of coffees, sandwiches, gelatos and snacks. Very friendly Ritz Carlton service. Plenty of tables and wifi. No price gouging here all quality for money. Also serves breakfast. Great place to start the day or take a break at.

Too many luxury resorts think this concept is beneath them — luckily one has realized its guests are not all 80 years old and/or happy with overpriced, cold room service coffee. This Market Place made my husband and I so happy as one of our hesitations about a luxury resort is having to leave every morning to get coffee and pastries/fruit to start our day. Or worse, calling room service and being frustrated to start the day. Or sit at the restaurant for hours just to get a «quick» breakfast. Selection was solid and similar to what you would find in a Paris«Epicerie Fine» — hot and cold beverages, fruit, small salads, soups and sandwiches, pastries, patisseries, sorbets and gelatos. Oh, there’s a cute candy stand, too. I wish they offered macaroons — that would be perfection! The service was consistently cheerful — clearly they put something in the water because it shouldn’t be possible to be that smiley and happy all the time! But it made for a nice experience. We must have used this place 3 – 4 times each day so clearly it was an important part of our experience. One can only hope that Ritz-Carlton will make the«Market Place» concept a standard part of their hotel outlets!

The service here is amazing(unlike at the gift shop). If it’s available, try the amazing chocolate/oatmeal cookie gelato. We always grab a breakfast burrito and a latte. It’s wonderful to sit by the fire(and the insanely gorgeous coffee table) when there isn’t a loud football game on the screen behind you. FYI — they validate here(taking $ 20 off the valet fee) even when you only purchase a coffee.
