Service is amazing! The owner is super friendly and great with customers. Service was quick and my clothes smell like new. The experience is much more personal than other dry cleaners and you feel like they know you personally. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

Amazing service, hands down the best dry cleaning spot around! He is always very helpful and sometimes even brings your clothes to your car if you have a huge load. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle my clothes, but Threads.

They are very friendly & professional. Quick turn around for cleaning. Have my dress shirts laundered & pressed have been very satisfied. They even caught a couple stains I didn’t tell them about. Have also had several pants hemmed as well & happy with the quality of the work. I have gone to other dry cleaners where I have broken out in a rash from the chemicals they use… have not had an issue here. Not the cheapest dry cleaners but for the overall quality they are the best in the area.

I’d never been to a dry-cleaner’s before, so I guess I was an easy target. I paid $ 14 to have my coat misplaced and stained. The first time I came to pick it up, the owner said his employee lost it and that he’d call me when they found it. They never called; I had to call them. Over a week after dropping it off, I finally got my coat back – stained.

Wouldn’t honor my coupon and lied to me about it stating on the coupon that it must be provided when clothes are dropped off. If I did drop it off, I wonder if they would just jack-​up the price of service to make-​up for the 25% discount? I will never go back due to their dishonest business practices.
