Came here for the first time got ripped off took our My money Machine timer started but the machine never turned on had to take my clothes out put another machine waste of soap waste of money no management on site before warned rip off crooks!!!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
This was my first time coming here and I was not pleased with the service at all. I first called to ask the rate for wash and fold services and was told it was about $ 1.60 per lb, they failed to mention on the phone that there was a 12 lb minimum. I walked there because I am only in the area for the summer and did not bring a car so this was a huge inconvenience, I only had 5 lbs of clothing and still had to pay the 12 lb minimum.
Second I had a few shirts that needed to be dry cleaned so she told me the rate and I accepted — she told me these items would take a little longer than my wash and fold clothes. I go back to pick up my clothes & she tells me her boss forgot my shirt so I say okay no problem I understand mistakes happen. She tells me to come back on Wednesday so I walk back over today and she tells me she never said my shirts would be ready to come back tomorrow — ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I walked there and back for no reason only to have to come back the next day — horrible service & a waste of my time.
I would not recommend this place to anyone !!! I am asking them not to charge me for this inconvenience when I go back tomorrow or to at least discount it – so ridiculous.

I have come here several times. I like how they accept credit cards. The washer machine need to be cleaned. I have had problems with some of the machines not working and take my money. The ladies that work here have given me credit to use another machine. However, sometimes they aren’t always here, and I have seen people struggle with the machines and waste money because they don’t work.
