The customer service at this location is bad. They made me feel like I was bothering them by being in the store.

OMG! The store manager Irma is the worst! She is so rude and unprofessional to both customers and employees! I can’t believe she is the manager! The store can’t be reaching its full potential if she’s in charge! I am gonna shop at Salon Centric instead.

Not impressed with the lack of customer service. The associate with the short purple hair was very rude, didn’t look at me when talking to me, in fact didn’t look at me at all. She picked up my items from a register, that was open, and slammed them down on the counter that was marked as closed to ring me up. She made me feel like she didn’t want me there at all or wanted to lift a finger to do anything. I’m tempted to go back and return everything I just bought. Never had such bad customer service in Cosmoprof or Armstrong McCall.

The chick that works here is horrible. She’s older with short wavy copper hair… WORST customer service ever… I don’t usually go to this location. But I was in the area, and needed to get some things… I ask the associate for a specific shampoo that they have «excuse me miss, do you have the red shampoo by tressa?» She replies with super attitude «are u talking about tresseme?» «Um no, tressa, it’s the brand. It’s a specific shampoo I use, they have it at the one in huntington sometimes.» «um no, but there’s this new one that came out by blah blah» «well, no, then that’s okay, I’m just familiar with the other brand, but thank u though ««she says «…well, CLEARLY you don’t like to try new things.» while she’s turning around walking away… like wow chick, don’t be a brat… and second. Don’t tell me my business like that.
I ask her if there’s a salon centric close to there. And just says NO. Walks away again…
Then another customer was in there and came up to me, heard our conversation, and informed me that there is one RIGHT up the street, not even a mile away and how rude that chick was… like, WHY WOULDN’T SHE JUST TELL ME THAT SALON CENTRIC WAS A MILE AWAY???
I mean
What kind of employee talks to their paying customers like that??? She talked to me like I didn’t know what the hell I was talking about.. so rude, then apparently I heard she’s the owner of the place?!
I would. NEVER want to work for a woman like that… and when I was checking out, all she did was complain about how badly she wanted to go home. and how she just didn’t want to be there… clearly, it showed.
All I wanted to do was punch her.
Im a sucessful hair stylist and spend hundreds of dollars every week at cosmoprof and salon centric. And for someone to talk to a guest like that is just beyond me. If she truly is the owner, she needs to be replaced. Worst human I’ve met in a while.
I asked the most simple question and she was a giant B. I’ll never go back to that location, THAT’S for sure.

I’ve been shopping here for years.
Irma the manager is a sweetheart.
She has always been very helpful

Horrible customer service girl working at the front with long red dyed hair wouldn’t let my little girl use the bathroom because it’s for «employee’s only»
