The wait time for an appointment is always insane! Sometimes you know your coming and you make an appointment online but mostly for me I just let the day take me to whatever I see I see fit! This place is always crowded! Not much room for movement & that’s probably because it’s the only Apple Store within a 70 mile radius. Their always upgraded the phones even before you learned how to work your old one. I don’t give in to their temptation. It’s too less expensive this way! I also saw an ad for a 10,000 Apple watch! Seriously is there really a need for that! I’ve had a mixed of people that check-​in for appointments both good and awful moods! Technicians are really good here I have always felt as if my phone problem was fixed. A star lost bc of prices A star lost bc of awful service. A star lost for being so small n crowded.

Be very careful when signing up for service. Write down the name of the person who offered you the deal. I was promised one thing, signed up and then receive something different. Every time I called something new came up. I feel like they have taken advantage of me and will terminate my service in a year. What I thought would cost $ 84 a month ended up being $ 100. The bills are also very confusing so it is hard to figure out what you are charged for.

This review is for AT&T U-​verse Services. I was cold called from an AT&T rep to sell us a bundle of AT&T services which after a long conversation and many questions, I agreed to a bundle for a specific inclusive price.
We ended up with a lesser package for a higher price. After literally 10 or more phone calls and long discussions with many AT&T customer service reps, the situation is unchanged. AT&T did a «bait & switch» which is illegal, and they say «there is nothing we can do about it», although they did admit that what happened was illegal!
On a separate note, their wireless service is so poor that it doesn’t work in our house, or within at least a 2 block radius, although this is a «good» service area on their map. Their coverage works poorly in most of Fairfield County with lots of dropped calls. Again, «there is nothing we can do about it»…
