Autozone

The staff in this Autozone is so rude it’s unbelievable. I went in to make a return of something I bought earlier in the day. I was returning a spray because I grabbed the wrong one. When I initially bought it I was in line and one of the employees exclaims «if you’re ready to pay come to this register… Debit or cash» So my boyfriend and I proceed to pay for our spray and he pulls out his debit card and the employee looks at us and rudely exclaims «I can’t do that here» she then proceeds to sigh dramatically and tells us to come down to a different register. When we get to the other register she doesn’t speak a word to us. Now later on in the day we go back to return the spray we bought, it is unused by the way. As soon as she sees us she sighs dramatically and seems to not even want to return the item for us and then we have a question regarding the problem our car has and instead of helping us she yells across the store to her coworker to come help us. He as well has an attitude. Basically what I’m trying to get across here is that the employers of the Autozone on Main Street are incredibly rude and if you want good customer service I suggest you go to a different autozone.

Awful, awful branch. I constantly am waiting to check out, or get part help. They’re disgustingly understaffed, and I generally will try going to the Federal Rd location instead.

Nice associate came out to help me jump my car in the lot. Recommended the correct parts for my situation. Checkout could be handled better. But all in all a good experience and well stocked basics store.

The only reason this store is getting a 2 star is because of the nice commercial parts manager who helped me. The other woman was rude. After telling me they only had a glaring tool in standard in stock I asked for that one then she told me she only had metric! What?!! Change your mind much? So I asked for the metric one and she told me it won’t fit. I told her that’s fine I’m getting it anyway. She walked off in a huff. Sadly I don’t want to come back to this store if she’s going to be in customer service! I’ve had some really nice people who work here and she just makes people not want to come here.

Rude rude rude sales staff. Went to the brookfield store instead where they were much better
