Terrible terrible customer service from the DAY Manager at DD at Fast Freddie’s. I was charged the wrong price for my purchase had to drive back to get back what I overpaid and the DAY manager was extremely rude refusing to correct the problem. Then after complaining to the head office on Eagle Rd in Danbury CT they refused to provide any sort of accommodation to this unhappy poorly treated customer. The NIGHT Manager is respectful and professional but the DAY Manager needs to figure out what the word customer or human being means. Shame on you Dunkin Donuts for allowing your customers to be treated so poorly.
