Ok so I travel a lot for work and spend a lot of time in the car so D&D is my lifeblood. This has to be the worst Dunkin in existence. I have been here 4 times now and never once was it a good experience. The order is always wrong and then they stare at you when tell them. They are slow and I mean slow it changed seasons while I was waiting in drive thru. Stay away. If I was owner if clean house.

I usually only get an iced tea here. They are decent with time. I don’t know what others expect out of the place, order speed is equivalent to other Dunkin.
This location is relatively new and also features a deli in the back. A nice touch if you want some Advil or something.
4 stars as far as Dunkins go

This is the slowest, most disorganized Dunkin Donuts I have ever been in. Thank goodness there are plenty of other locations in the area to frequent, as I will not return to this one.

SLOW service!
I’m usually come to the drive through at 6’ish pm. While the clerk is certainly friendly, he seems to be the only person there. It takes several minutes before he takes the order and then several more before handing it off.
Maybe time to put more than one person on duty?
