If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I walked in yesterday to try some stuff on. Glasses don’t look very good on me, so I was shocked to try on 3 pair that looked awesome right away! The product basically sold itself but I had some questions. The store was a little busy so I understood it taking a few minutes for someone to come up to me. After waiting about 5 minutes, a guy walked up to help and he started asking questions. About halfway through me giving my answer, he interrupted and excused himself to talk to someone behind me. I figured it might’ve been a customer he was helping before so I again understood. The friend of mine I was with and I sat down on the bench to wait, the guy went in the back, stood at the empty cashier’s counter for a moment tapping his fingers on the counter, and then proceeded to help a customer RIGHTINFRONTOFME that came in after me. I took a picture of the tag and left. Did he forget about us? Did he profile us for people who might not buy? Who knows. but I definitely will not be going back to this location. Horrible service.

Carol was fantastic. She was experienced and it was reflected in her efficiency. Good selection of frames. The whole process was professional, friendly and efficient. Glasses were ready in an hour. Fantastic experience. I highly recommend Carol.

Ugh. I’ve had both good and bad service from this location. The doctors are great but aren’t really part of lenscrafters. They are their own entity.
