Just recently moved here from NYC and I had no idea whom to call for service on my heating system when it went down this week. Found New England Air Systems and I am so glad I did. Lisa was extremely professional and caring about my heating situation and got a tech out to me right away. Carlos found and fixed the problem right away. Pricing was up front and very competitive. I would highly recommend New England Air Systems and have already scheduled my central air conditioning tune up for April!

Always fair and honest. Service Techs are always professional and nice. I use NEAS for heating and AC as well as a new water heater that was much more competitively priced than other companies. I did have a problem with the water heater and they are fixing the problem. Can’t ask for much more than that. Good people

I review very few establishments here on Unilocal but feel I must give New England Air Supply of Danbury CT the ***** 5 STARS they deserve !! I had my entire 27 year old HVAC system replaced by them in August 2011. I did my shopping & found their reviews, prices & service to be EXCELLENT back then. System has been working GREAT since installation. I moved out of area January 2014 & now I am a Landlord with Tenants that called me this week to report small leak from a vent. NEAS was there next day to repair & do Tune-​Up of AC which was over-​due. Again with great service & reasonable rate.
It’s so good to find a company I like & trust so much… I plan to use them for all my regular maintenance in the future. Want to tell everyone to go here

Let me start by saying that i hate writing reviews but I was so taken by professionalism as well as empathy from carlos and robert that it will be unfair to the company not to sing their praises. I literally call them the angel of .HVAC.
My story started when we bought a house 2.5 years ago, moved and hadn’t realised that the heat pump wasn’t working, after 2.5 years of high electricity cost we started to look for help.
After many phone calls with various HVAC and the manufacturer (LENNOX), I finally reached out to Carlos.
He was patient on the phone and took his time to explain the system followed up immediately.
They turned up on time, fixed the system as promised, and was very honest with the pricing.
I cannot recommend this company enough, if only there were a 100 stars on Unilocal.
Do not waste your time with other HVAC companies in CT unless Carlos and Robert are unable to help you.
