First Starbucks I’ve found where the flat white actually deserves its name! Glad to see this Australian icon being finally done some justice. :)

Really enjoyed my vanilla latte tonite. Would have been even better if inside and outside trash were not overflowing & unattended.

Over the course of about three years my love for Starbucks has deteriorated. I do however pop in once in a while on my way to work for a quick iced coffee, but ever since I gave them another shot(as of lately) it’s been absolutely horrible. For one, and this really has nothing to do with the Mill Plain branch at all so it’ll be a tiny rant on my end, most customers that frequent Starbucks as a chain refuse to think any other coffee establishment can top what they have to offer. I have friends who argue with me that Dunkin Donuts’ coffee is complete trash when compared to Starbucks coffee, but to each his/her own, right? I actually enjoy DD coffee because they don’t suck at making coffee for people the right way. In any case, I’ve come to the exit 2 location plenty of times in the past, leaving a huge gap from the last time I was there until about two weeks ago. It’s pumpkin season, so I stopped by to get a pumpkin mocha iced coffee black, normally a fan favorite of the season. I was also curious how much Starbucks supposedly«changed» their pumpkin spice flavoring this year, because you know, apparently they weren’t using legitimate pumpkins in the past. Fake pumpkins in a fake flavoring, genius. The barista was nice while I placed my order and waited. After five minutes my name was called and my coffee was on the counter. After one sip I wanted to throw it out, but I figured, «hey, maybe all of the flavoring is just stuck in one area of the cup, I’ll mix it up on my way out and it’ll be fine on the way to work.» I’ve never been more wrong in my life. This iced coffee tasted like Starbucks added like 18 pumps of grapefruit flavoring to a black coffee, I kid you not. It was by far the most DISGUSTING drink I’ve ever had from them, and I’ve had the same thing in the past with no issues. I don’t know what they did, or how they made it, but they better just plain stop doing it. A few days later I figured I’d stop by and get a mocha iced coffee black, a staple favorite of mine. Again, after ordering it, it came out pretty quickly and I was on my way. I didn’t have my first sip until I got into the car, which was a mistake because I should’ve done it while still inside Starbucks. 90% mocha syrup, 10% coffee, not surprised. Disappointed, but not surprised. I’ll continue taking my business to Molten Java/Tusk and Cup.

Employees have no idea how to be efficient with time. If someone comes in with a bulk order of 20 drinks, don’t make other guests wait for all of 20 drinks to be fulfilled before attending other paying guest. Not cool!

If there was a 3.5 star rating, then I would give it. This Starbucks is ok. I go there only when I have to because the other Starbucks have closed for the evening. Its a good cup of coffee and other beverages, but as for an experience, there is none. It’s so busy here, they just want you to order, no talk, no interaction, and then please leave. I understand this because their volume of customers is so high. But it’s obvious, there’s no sincerity from the baristas or the management, it’s just a numbers game, understandable. I like the experience I get from other Starbucks, however, such as friendly conversation, a sincere«hello, how are you». So, this location is a great backup as a last alternative when all other locations close for the evening. Simply set your expectations as low as you can and the coffee and quick experience should be fine.

This has got to be the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to! They don’t know how to read the details on your cup specifying what you want. They should all get training at the Starbucks in the Danbury Mall.

This is the worst Starbucks. The employees spend more time joking around and talking then helping customers.

Great location, good coffee, and long lines. This place is always packet. Not too many cozy spots to sit and read, but there is a row of tables. No drive-thru. Three stars bc of lines, no drive thru, and the shopping center is not an easy in and out.

I was in the area for a few days and every time I came into this Starbucks, the line was out of control. This would be forgive able if not for the fact that often there would be an employee fulfilling basic chores instead of making coffee. Whoever is managing this store needs to instill priorities into the staff. If there are 20 people in line, perhaps it’s a good idea to put the clipboard aside and make a coffee or two.

Consistently a great café latte by people that were so kind and generous.

Honestly, we use this as our fancy«rest area» on trips to the Jerz. The parking lot is a little annoying, but that can’t really be pinned on the Starbucks so we’ll let it go. In our many stops, we have found it to be consistently efficient and clean. We have never had a long wait. They seem to keep later hours than other Starbucks in the area, which makes this work extra well as our truck stop. As far as food and beverage quality, it’s on par with almost every other Starbucks I’ve been to.

In my travels to upstate, this is the place to stop for a coffee. Heavy traffic… be prepared to wait a bit… but the move the line along pretty efficiently

Not a huge fan of starbucks coffee, meaning I don’t come here too often, however there are aspects of starbucks that I am a fan of. For example, I like how the coffee is consistently the same quality. Everytime I order a cappuccino or coffee I always know what to expect, it is the same strong coffee, and I like that. I hate it when I experiment with a new coffee place and get a weak coffee or a cappuc. that is 90%milk when I asked for a dry cappuccino … hmm. The wait was pretty long to order and it took awhile for my frappuccino to arrive, but the staff were very pleasant and there was no funny business. Got what I ordered and this location was generally clean, although the bathrooms were kind of icky …

Maybe it’s because I’m used to New York City Starbucks, but this place has pretty slow service. The place looks nice though, and there’s plenty of space to bust out a laptop or read a newspaper.

Its a Starbucks. … Okay. So its a pretty clean, pretty busy Starbucks located just off of 84 near the NY-CT State line. This has become a semi-regular stop for me when traveling from Boston to NJ. Good place to grab a quick caffeine kick and make a bathroom break. So the lines here can be fairly hit or miss. Sometimes its dead in here but typically I seem to walk in here with at least half a dozen people in front of me. No deduction in stars there though, because they do a great job keeping the line moving and getting the drinks out, without sacrificing any of the quality you’d expect. The minus 1 on the star rating is for the bathrooms here. They’re never dirty, per se, but they never really seem too clean. And with gender specific, one-person-at-a-time facilities, you can sometimes find yourself waiting in a line longer than for the coffee. But all in all, if you’re traveling through the area, this is not a bad choice for a stop.

Clean, spacious and good service. This Starbucks has a lot of table for accommodation and plenty of parking. One of the better ones in the area.

Nice location. Like to come here after a workout at the New York Sports Club & have a relaxing hot green tea. Can get pretty busy & noisy, especially when it’s full of teens & college kids.
