I didn’t like the crust; it was overcooked, very hard and burnt. The crust had no taste at all and was tough to chew. However, the toppings were plentiful and fresh.

I would have walked out instead of ordering here if it wasn’t for some unexpected events. There were flies all over, including on the pizza slices waiting under the sneeze guard. The hand sanitizer that was offered was actually soap. Worst of all the same man who works the cash register was touching the prepared pizzas with his unwashed hands. I will not be returning.

I like a place that can provide a variety of pizzas by the slice with a thin, crisp crust, which Tuscanero’s does pretty well. So I would imagine their freshly made pizzas are just as good. I came here for lunch with a friend, and we sampled 4 different types. The white pizza had cheese upon cheese upon cheese. The lasagna pizza was excellent. The chicken and broccoli pizza was most unique in taste; the chicken had a semisweet glaze, and the broccoli had a roasted taste. The pepperoni had the least crisp slice this time around, but the pepperoni itself was just the way I like it. Service at the counter was fast. There’s plenty of comfortable booths and tables, and it’s brightly lit. This is the first time I’d been to the plaza since it opened; it’s a great add.

I stop here on my usually trip from PA to MA every time. Tuscanero’s has an unbelievably chill vibe. The Pizza is great and the service is so fast I can grab and go! No frills, good food!

We moved close to this place and take advantage of it way too often. The Lasagna pizza is out of this world! Decent prices, large portions, super fast carry out(ready to pick up 15−20mins from when you call it in, even on weekends during dinner!), it’s just awesome. Way better than any chain, We love it!!!

Solid pizza by the slice place. I haven’t tried anything but their pizza. Nothing fancy, but they use good quality ingredients and served hot. It’s approx. $ 3/slice. Great whenever you want something quick but not fast food.

Solid pizza. Thin, but chewy crust. Tasty tomato sauce. When I’m feeling like I want something healthy but tasty, I’ll come here and order a white gluten free personal pie with chicken and spinach. It ends up costing me about $ 14 but it’s guilt-free and delicious, so worth it to me. But today, for the first time I wasn’t feeling so health conscious, so I went for the pizza maker’s favorite slice, the lasagna pizza. And, just, wow! The ricotta cheese was light and fluffy. The sauce, on point. And the beef genuinely tasted as if it were made for a lasagna. It was so delicious. I’ve never had a pizza slice like that in my life. Come here if you want some great pizza. I’m lucky to be staying in Danbury CT for work, so I get to come here all the time. Upset it took me this long to try the lasagna pizza! I wonder what else I have been missing out on…

Since I live way closer to Tuscanero’s now, there’s really no reason why I shouldn’t be popping in occasionally for some of the best pizza Danbury has to offer. I stopped in this past weekend for a couple slices and a chef’s salad to-go. I ended up with a slice of spinach and ricotta, and a slice of chicken, bacon, and ranch(I believe). Didn’t take long for the slices to heat up, get packed into a box, and on the counter ready for me to devour at my earliest convenience. The salad came out pretty fast as well. Love this place and the staff. Will continue to frequent.

While staying in Danbury for a stop over traveling on I-84, ordered a quick slice of cheese, service was prompt and pleasant, price good($ 4 and change for 2 slices) and the pizza was really, really delicious, nice crust, excellent sauce/cheese/oil ratio. Too bad it’s 300 miles from home or I’d be a regular! I will make a point of stopping here next time I’m in the area.

Just ate there and was very disappointed. First off they don’t even know how to heat anything up. We tried a chicken roll and a mini calzone to start, it is called a chicken parmesan roll and I think they waived sauce over it because there was none, we actually were thankful after having some of the sauce with mini calzone. Then the mini calzone they have a meat one or cheese I wanted the best of both worlds so I asked for the meat and add mozzarella and ricotta cheese. Back to the not heating up part, my son’s roll was ice cold in the middle he had to ask for a reheat, the mini calzone came just as cold where the cheese was not even melted. It was tasteless and the meat was nasty. To the pizza, obviously if people are giving this place 5 stars they have no clue what good pizza is. The kids and my wife actually liked the Sicilian slices, the regular slice were awful and the most part was that horrible sauce. Now to finish of with the garlic knot, I mean roll, they charge you $ 1 each for the weirdest tasting non garlic size bread thing and they give yet more sauce!!! Never again.

Great find! We stopped here on our way back to Boston. The Sicilian pizza was amazing as was the mini calzone. My husband loved the chicken wrap AND they have Mexican coke! YUMMO

Since I don’t eat fast food, we stopped in here to pick up some pizza on our drive back to Manhattan from CT. The man on the phone(same guy as the register) was very nice and helpful. The pizza was alright for what we needed-something fast and easy right off the freeway but I wouldn’t go there intentionally for a pizza craving. The pizza itself was pretty greasy and not that great. Would stop in again if driving and needed food fast.

I often stop at the Starbucks or Trader Joe’s on my way back and forth to NJ from MA. Today was my first time grabbing a slice. They were friendly, prompt, and the slice was delicious. I’m not giving give stars because one slice isn’t enough for me to know. However, Instead of getting mediocre snacks at Starbucks or spongy sandwiches at Trader Joe’s, we will be stopping here in the future!(Don’t get me wrong, I love Trader Joe’s — just not the sandwiches but that is a review for another time.. .)

The Baked Potato Pizza was amazing, I was disappointed that they didn’t have any meat calzones, but the cheese one was pretty good, could have been a little hotter. Great place to stop!

Got the spaghetti and meatballs. Meatballs were overworked and not great. Less than impressed, not sure what all the raves are about.

Great gluten free pizza! The best I have had in Danbury. I don’t think you can get gluten free by the slice. Pretty sure you can only order it in the personal pizza size. Pizza(the gluten kind) by the slice here is yummy. They have a great selection of slices. The buffalo and BBQ slices are particularly tasty. When I get the Hawaiian, I get it sans bacon. The staff is very nice. Sometimes I worry that I will not get my food because they don’t take your name or give you a number and they are busy, but they always bring your food right to you. The buffalo chix wrap is also noteworthy.

My coworkers and I grabbed a couple slices to eat. I forgot to take a picture of theirs :/They both had the chicken parmesan and a buffalo chicken slice. I opted for the broccoli ricotta and bacon, ranch, and chicken pizza. I have to say it was tasty and hit the spot. I wouldn’t mind trying their wheat dough option to cut a little bit of calories;)
