Convenient location and it’s a beautiful store. However, this Starbucks has been fraught with problems since the beginning. Water problems, power problems, espresso machine problems. So many times I’ve tried to go, the store has been closed or the drive thru closed or they have been unable to make my drink of choice. They can’t seem to get the hang of the mobile order feature and I’ve had to deal with clueless or rude staff when problems occurred. The quality of my drinks here vary greatly from perfection to undrinkable. It’s always a bit of a crapshoot.

The manager of this Starbucks has no problem being rude to customers. I was waiting quite a while for a Venti blonde roast after I had already finished the quad espresso I ordered. Drip coffee isn’t complicated and should always be ready to serve according to my experience in multiple jobs as a barista. I thought they had forgotten about my drink so I politely said, «I’m still waiting on a Venti blonde roast.» She said, «It’s still brewing» in a tone that I did not appreciate. I said, «I’ll take whatever is ready.» The word sorry was never directed towards me, nor was I asked if I would like room, which there was plenty of. Two stars because the barista that made my espresso was nimble as a ninja.

Always something wrong here. First time I came they had to close early because of water issues, second time I came they were closed before their set time also and had a note on the door. Today I went and they were out of my 2 favorite drinks… very berry hibiscus and strawberry acai :(

Clean, spacious Starbucks. Ample parking. Plenty of outlets seating and WiFi is decent. As far as Starbucks go, this is a good one.

The baristas here always make my drink amazing! But the facility always has some issue. Several times I’ve gone and the drive thru has been closed for one reason or another. I like to stop on my way to work or I will drive out of my way for good coffee and a drive thru. Haven’t stopped in awhile B.C. I assume they will have issues. Decided to stop today and the drive thru was closed. They’re fast when you go in but in ease of the commute I like to go to the drive thru. The owner of this Starbucks needs to get on their game, as I am a business owner too this kind of inconvenience can really cost you.

This Starbucks is very convenient and in a great location for me, however the last few times I have pulled into the parking lot they have been closed due to power and having no water. I think they should just stay closed until they find out what the issue is rather then stay open and have to close in the middle of the day due to issues. Staff is very friendly and the drive through does move quickly when they are running smoothly.

Terrific to have a Starbucks in this location, but I’m sorry to say this place is a mess.
I try to visit this location almost every day. What I mean by «try» is that about once out of every 3 or 4 times, I pull into the parking lot to find it’s closed because of electrical problems, or water problems, or some other mysterious reason. Half the time when they do decide to open, the drive-​through is closed. If you’re lucky, you’ll have the opportunity to place your order, which will be prepared at a snail’s pace by frazzled staff, occasionally even the way you asked for it.
Time to step up the management in this location. You’d think they’d have found their groove by now.

This is my new favorite Starbucks. The store is so clean, and even though the staff is new, they are so friendly. I love that they have a Clover machine. They make my drink perfectly every time no matter who makes it.

Lifesaver Starbucks. About to go on 84 with a ton of traffic and popped in here for a pee and pick me up drink. Fast service and the drinks were great. Could not have had a better experience.

It is about time!!! This is a great location! Before this one, I would hate going to exit 2, the plaza is super busy and parking can be scarce at times. The other option would have been the mall. This new location is right off exit 6. It has its own dedicated parking and the drive thru was well thought out. It is very clean and has alot of seating. This was the first Starbucks I have been to, that you video chat your order in drive thru, so cool! I will just have to be aware of my facial expressions now! The staff I dealt with have all been capable and super friendly. Thank you Starbucks for this location! Great idea!
