On a long road home from St Louis to North Carolina, I kept driving past Knoxville, Tennessee and found this town. Off to the right, I seen a few motels and pulled into Jefferson Inn. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm friendly smile and a comfort of a voice of a Auntie. I went to my room and just was even more amazed by the cleanliness and inviting the room was. A continental breakfast was served in the morning, and again such a wonderful staff member, another Auntie if you will, greeted me again. If I could give a 6 star rating to these 2 women who made me feel at home, despite my disabilities, I really felt like I have found a home away from home. Thank Jefferson Inn!

Clean hotel and very nice, friendly lady who works the front desk during the day. Other than that my experience was not up to my standards… waited 15 – 20 minutes to check in at night(no one at desk to greet me). Paid online for the hotel and then was charged another $ 10 because I had a pet. I was then given a room that was supposed to be designated for people with pets… the phone nor the microwave worked in this room and it was upstairs(no elevator in the hotel. I am definitely not bothered by stairs but would feel for someone who couldn’t use stairs), so at midnight had to drag all of my belongings and my pet upstairs. Sigh. No empathy for the weary traveler to be found in their customer service. Also, breakfast and soap were very low quality.

Very clean hotel! It is cheaper if you book directly thru the hotel instead of travel sites. Best shower I have ever had!

We ended up here while driving through because no other hotels had rooms. At first I was nervous because it was not a big name hotel chain. It ended up being a nice surprise. Clean, updated, free wifi, nice staff. Will definitely stay here again if needed while passing through.

Mini muffins, 2 cheap sugar cereals, funky waffles, and smallest coffee cups ever. Big flashing sign says hot breakfast. … only thing hot is funky waffle. Worst soap and 1 pkg of shampoo, not good. But for 44.00 you do get to sleep.

Stumbled upon this hotel traveling from Dallas to DC via I-40E. I booked it on Priceline as an Express«surprise» Deal. Turned out to be a gem of a hotel. Renovated rooms that are super clean. Flat panel tvs with great cable reception and premium channels. Breakfast was included as well as high speed wifi. Best value for a budget hotel. Will definitely stay here again when in the Knoxville area.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Stumbled upon it during a night with very windy/icy roads, was very tired and needed a place to crash that wasn’t going to gouge me. When I walked in I was given a very reasonable for a room that fit the bill. It’s nothing fancy, but neither are most of the Holiday Inns and La Quinta’s that will try and sell you the same room for $ 20-$ 30 more. The room was clean with zero signs of «roommates»(critters), the shower warm with good pressure. The owner was very hospitable and made sure I was able to get everything I needed to get done on the hotels complimentary computer/printer. Thank you for providing an awesome experience at a refreshingly low price. Hard to get good value for your money at the«big» chain hotels these days.

$ 45 included everything, even breakfast. My husband and I were driving from New York to Pensacola. After 11 hours we stopped here. It was easy to find, near restaurants and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We needed a place to sleep for one night and this was a perfect stop. I was here in December but it was nice to see they do have an outdoor pool. Breakfast was minimal but it was definitely good enough. I recommend The Jefferson Inn
