This review is for the Palm Beach store. purchased a Hobie on the phone from the Diana store, everything went as expected and they offered to have it delivered to the Palm Beach store which was much closer to me. At the Palm Beach store once I was finally noticed, the first thing out of the representative’s mouth was «why didn’t you buy the boat from us». From that moment on every exchange with this person seemed as if he was bothered. When I asked if someone could show me rigging and things that would be helpful before I leave the store he told Chris, «spend 5 minutes with these people. I am not kidding 5 MINUTES. Fortunately for me Chris was very helpful and spent about 20 minutes. I realize I did not spend 6 figures on a boat but regardless customer service should still be a consideration.

I met with Rick A. while looking at a 2016 Key Largo 1800 CC, a beautiful boat, and even though I didn’t purchase it, he was professional and courteous, great experience. Their showroom is beautiful, and more toys there than you can imagine. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Great price on a Liferaft purchased at the Lauderdale Boat Show. Delivered on time, this store is great. Coolest toys available — gotta go see their showroom at 50 S Bryan Road in Dania Beach Fl 33 004. These folks will be the first I call next time I buy a new Aquatoy !!

Used Car Seller Experience.
So we bought a sailboat from Jon at Nautical Ventures. He FAILED to provide title on closing. we had to chase him down and then he had the audacity to charge us for «Title Service»

For my birthday, my boyfriend Kamil surprised me by booking a trip down to Fort Lauderdale. Knowing that my favorite animal is a manatee, he also wanted to see if there were any way to go swimming or paddle boarding with them. After hours of researching where to go we stumbled upon Nautical Ventures which was a mere 10 minutes away from where we were staying. We immediately called and spoke with Tatiana, the owner who was extremely accommodating and helpful. After booking the trip, a few days later our trip was being jeopardized by an impending snow storm heading our way. We called Tatiana several times figuring out what to do and when to reschedule if needed and she was always available to help us any way she could. When the day came to go paddle boarding, we were 30 minutes late due to our cab never showing up. We again called Tatiana who by this time knew us by name and she told us not to worry.
Finally arriving to our lesson, we were introduced to our instructor Mileto who instantly became a good friend of ours. He was so patient with all of us learning to paddle board for the first time. He talked a lot about the canal and paddle boarding giving us facts we would have never know. We had an absolutely incredible time paddle boarding through the canal. We even got to see the manatees that I wanted to see so bad ! Over all this experience has made an ever lasting impression on both Kamil and myself (Kristen). We recommend Nautical Ventures to anyone and everyone, no matter what age. This place is A++++++ !!

Wife and kids went paddle boarding at Nautical Ventures. We got the phone number from Concierge at Hilton Resort. The place is mostly known for selling boats. The kids were given a lesson by the instructor we met on the side of the building. The water in the intracoastal was nice. Kids jumped in and both instructors stayed with them the whole time. They were both very patient. Problem is you wouldn’t know this is a paddle board rental location. Anyway kids had a great time paddle boarding there first time. By the way price is very reasonable 2 hours of paddle boarding and quick lesson for $ 35.00 per person which includes board. Give it a shot, great for beginners and next level paddle boarders. Also location is clean and new just the way I like it
