Delicious food and very quick service. We arrived and were immediately seated and attended to and our order was taken as soon as we were ready. Food was out shortly after we ordered and was as tasty as it was fast. We will definitely be back soon!

Simply put. The food is spot on, the prices are spot on, the service is spot on. Probably my wife’s favorite new place. Small menu that is really in my wheel house, but everything I get there is always prepared perfectly. Not surprised– Pellana has a little sister named Daniella’s. Awesome risotto, great Italian sandwich, eggplant parmigiana is tasty. It’s all good.

Daniella’s was great. I had the steak with garlic mashed potatos and it couldn’t have been tastier. Our waitress was very prompt and knowledgeable but we never got a thank you at the end of the meal in spite of leaving a generous tip. I’ve found that to be the case very often. I would give this restaurant five stars for the food but the tables are too close together and it’s a bit noisy. If you don’t mind that, definitely go there!

We ate at Daniella’s today for the first time. We had a wonderful meal. The ambience is modern, very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the service was excellent. Loved the marble bar, beautiful lighting and sweet outside patio open in warmer weather. The bread and olive oil, grated cheese and red pepper flakes with the warm crusty bread was perfect. The shrimp scampi appetizer was perfect. The wood grilled chicken with vegetables and potato was perfect. The cannoli for dessert– serving was 2 huge cannolis with choc chips was perfect. Our new favorite restaurant. Can not wait to go back. Loved it!

Had lunch today. Sat at bar with wife. We’ve both been here before. Last time we had dinner with friends but that experience wasn’t all that great because wife’s steak was over done… this time we had the chicken sandwich which was ok. We got and split split an order of truffle fries. It’s a mound and we’re delicious. Place was busy for lunch and dinner is extremely busy. I recommend reservations at dinner time. We’ll return again even though dinner was subpar.

Always great. Great owners, beautiful décor. Food outstanding. Get the meatballs. Cannoli awesome. Same owners as Pellana’s which is the best steakhouse anywhere.

If we are judging on solely food alone, 5 stars!!! I’ve had several dishes here now and none disappointed! Their bread and oil is one of the bests around. The Daniellas’s salad is fantastic… I always starts with it and have enough for lunch the next day! My husband always starts with the meatballs which he says are amazing! We’ve had the chicken and broccoli, bolognese, a few specials and our most recent fave, sliced tenderloin over risotto. It seriously may be the best meal I’ve ever eaten… not sure if I will be able to stray! And, it’s super affordable! Huge portions and decent prices! My only negatives are sometimes the service is a little slow, they only have 2 pastas– rigatoni and spaghetti and the bar selection is limited. Bottom line is, you should definitely try this place and you won’t be disappointed!

First time there. Food was tasty with good portion size but atmosphere was terribly noisy and bar stools without backs are incredibly uncomfortable after 10 minutes. Wouldn’t make this a destination for comfortable, relaxed dining, but might stop by if in the area again or invited by friends.

The interior of this place is stunning. It reminds me of turn-of-the-century Austrian design. They also have amazing bread dip that they bring out before your main course. The food was all right, nothing special, and the same goes for the service. This is definitely a place you’ll want to try for yourself.

Every time I go here, it never disappoints. I have never tried dinner, but I’ve been there for lunch numerous times. Eggplant parmesan sandwich is addicting. I tried a fruit tart to go and it was delicious. They are masters of bread. The fig pizzette is also incredible. Prices are what they should be for such quality.

I really enjoyed this place. It was lovely to find carpaccio on the menu! The food was good, the service could’ve been better – we had to wait quite some time to get the check. I would definitely go back and try other items on the menu.

Went there with my group of seven. The service and staff are friendly and helpful in describing the entrees. The drinks were generous but prepoured. My wife had the shrimp scampi which she found tasteful but the shrimp were hard and chewy. I had the veal parmigiano with side of pasta and bolognese sauce. The veal was thick and chewy also. I like my veal pounded and thin. A matter of choice I guess. The Caesar salads were delicious and the bread and oil to die for. Fill up on that. The other guests enjoyed the special consisting of swordfish with veggies and prepared to perfection. The timing of servings was excellent and all in all a pleasant dinner experience. Onward to our next dining adventure next month.

We decided to stop in for lunch after hearing all the good buzz. Best itailian food outside of North end. I had half chicken parmigiano sandwich and bowl of sausage and orzo soup. Soup was to die for. The atmosphere is cute café feeling inside. They also have great take out. I would tell anybody to stop and try it.

Was out of town and was looking for a nice little local place to have dinner with my wife and daughter. This fit the bill perfectly! Greeted by a great pastry case, a small dining room with a nice bar. Hostess got us in on a bust valentines Eve Saturday nite. The girls split the shrimp fettuccine. The homemade pasta was great. I had the rigatoni with a pink meat sauce. Everything was so good. Service was attentive. Ended the nite with two cannolis that we admired when we came in. Hit the spot… food wise and atmosphere wise!

Excellent food. Entrée’s and sandwiches are wonderful and the price is right. Dining at the bar the staff has been very good. Waiting at the bar with a glass of wine for a to go order… not so good. The order was up, no one checked on us. Had to flag someone down and asked if that bag was ours and it wasn’t busy. But, we will go back it’s a great place.

Eggplant Parmesan and shrimp scampi appetizer. Initial service was slow as apparently my table didn’t get assigned until I had been waiting for about 15 minutes. This was almost enough to prompt me to walk out but I was hungry. Once I was finally approached my meal was very enjoyable. The menu was not huge, but there was a nice selection of appetizers, pasta dishes and entrees. My meal ended with a Limoncello cake which was light and moist. My overall dining experience was good, but not great which unfortunately made the beginning the most memorable part of my meal.

We recently moved to the area, and I must say I try hard to restrict my visits to 2 – 3 times a week.(I can’t stay away) The dining experience is superb. I’ve been here several times for lunch with coworkers, the service and food are second to none. Every dish is a good choice. At night, ambient lighting warms the walls creating a wonderfully romantic experience. The wine, muscles, pasta… Oh boy. I highly recommend it

Daniella’s is exactly what Danvers needed — upscale Italian dining meets family-owned sandwich shop vibe, with a minuscule specially Italian market as finishing touch. Great menu, ranging from pastas to entrees, sandwiches and flatbreads. Come here for lunch — the sandwiches are exceptional. The Chicken Caprese has delicious marinated grilled chicken breast, the absolute freshest tomato, mozzarella, and basil, drizzled with family aged balsamic on the perfectly crusty Italian bread. Eggplant parm sandwich was lightly fried and crisp, smothered with Italian gravy(marinara) and shredded basil on the same crusty bread. They also have a gorgeous outdoor patio under a pergola that looks serene. Shame the view is of the neighboring house. Topping it all off is a little bakery case with Italian pastry like cannoli. They even sell various dry pastas, Italian chocolates and other speciality items. Really love this place.

Always love hearing that there’s a new restaurant in town! This restaurant is the sister restaurant to Pellana, and exceeded my expectations in many ways. The quality of the food was excellent. I tried a fig and prosciutto flatbread with gorgonzola and balsamic. It was thin crust, crunchy and beautifully presented. I couldn’t help but devour every last bite! For entrees, my fiancé and I each got a delicious pasta dish. He had the rigatoni Bolognese and I had the eggplant and veal parmesan. The bolognese was to die for. The pasta– perfectly al dente and a rich, creamy sauce with a huge portion. I enjoyed my eggplant and veal dish as well, but it didn’t compare to the bolognese. I heard that the place had a nice wine bar ambiance which was true. We dined at the bar which was a beautiful white granite, and the service was superb. The bartender was very attentive to our needs, and made sure we were well taken care of. My only criticism for the place was the layout of the tables. I don’t know that I would recommend the dining room for a romantic evening. It kind of felt cafeteria-like, in that all the tables were charted in a grid like pattern in a square room. It would have been nicer if tables were slightly more private somehow, or tucked away in a corner… Although given the layout I don’t know how they could have done it any better. All in all it was a great experience and we can’t wait to come back and dine at the wine bar!
