I would much rather walk into this Dunkin’ Donuts than to go through the drive thru at the one 2 minutes down the road. The quality of coffee at this Dunkin’ Donuts is much better as my coffee is perfect every time! The staff definitely can seem rude because if there is a «regular» in line behind you, they will start to prepare their order before taking yours, but if you become a «regular» here, you don’t hate it. They are pretty friendly for the most part, though there is one woman in particular who always seems to make you feel rushed when you order (even when there’s no line).

Great Dunkin Donuts. So much better than the one up the road in Peabody, they don’t speak English and are SO annoying (messed up the order twice in a row!). This place is better with everything yet the receipt comes out of that «thingy» for a reason. Don’t crumple it, and throw it away! Wasting the Earth goes in my «Unsatisfactory» category, and therfore I probably will not come back here, I live in Westwood anyways. Dunkin Donuts would not drive me all the way to Danvers, there are 4 in town! Plus, GOOD LUCK if you are turning left on Route 114, it’ll take a good 5 – 8 minutes on busy times of day! (they really couldn’t put a light there!)

Peabody, MA
Ordered two decaf coffees with skim milk and a bowtie donut. I received two regular coffees light with cream oh did I mention burnt and a powered donut. The guy at the drive thru had a horrible customer service and seemed super annoyed to be at work.
