Ordered a coffee coolatta and was asked if I wanted whipped cream. Also got a small hot coffee and a large cup of ice. Got a cup of ice water instead. It’s hot out so that was ok. Just wanted ice only but didn’t want to make her go back to redo it. Very spacious and clean place though. And also a drive-thru.

This location is a hit or miss either your order is perfect or its horribly wrong. I went one time and my order was exactly what I ordered and made right. The last time my order was wrong the large coffees I ordered weren’t even close to being full and another drink they completely forgot about and I got to sit and wait at the drive thru while the employee text on her phone.

Eric is mistaken, the Dunks he speaks of is on Endicott st, not independence way. This listing is for the Dunkin Donuts located inside the liberty tree mall, which I constantly frequent, being a mall Employee. This dunks is, like all dunks, hit or miss. Still, I would call it above average compared to other area dunks. The one thing that stands out at this dunkins, besides being inside a mall, is the prices. Coffees, coolatas and the such are all significantly cheaper than regular dunks. For a mall food court that regularly jacks up prices(I’m looking at you mcdonalds) it’s cool to find a good deal.

Say wha? First review? This has gotta be one of the most popular quick-stop Dunkin’ Donuts anywhere on the North Shore! The moment you get off 128 to go the Liberty Tree Mall, it’s practically staring you in the face. Ok, as far as I’m concerned, the most important feature about this particular Dunks is that it’s 24hrs(late night drive-thru only). There’s no other reason to go out of your way to come here unless it’s late and your craving an iced coffee and the Iced Coffee Fairy is nowhere to be found. Or, if you want a late night eats but you just having one of those nights where you don’t want to get out of your car — like when there’s a 40 below windchill — but you still have to have a late night coffee, hot chocolate, froofy drink, bagel, cruller, or egg n’ cheese sandwich. Other than that, you only stop here when passing by. As for bathrooms, I haven’t used them much but they were ok. It’s always a hit-or-miss at Dunks when it comes to bathrooms. And, on late night weekends, the parking lot is full of groups of young kids hanging out on the back of their trucks. The cops usually patrol here often and, in my experience, the kids have always seemed well-behaved. There’s a gas station w/a car wash next door so after you get your coffee, you can go get a car wash so you can sip your coffee in peace and quiet for 3 minutes. ;) Enjoy!
