Dunkin’ Donuts

Worst dunkins donuts EVER! The last couple times I have ordered my kids a half dozen donuts specifying the donuts my kids want and almost always receiving different donuts. I’ve went inside to complain, one time asking for a strawberry frosted because that’s what my 6 year old asked for. The lady goes and brings back the wrong donut again. Unbelievable ! Also today I ordered a large French vanilla iced and got handed a medium regular. They always verify the order at the window and are always confused and flustered. Even after verifying the order I get the wrong one. If I didn’t live around the corner from this dunkins I would never go back.
This is why I prefer Starbucks! Get your crap together dunks!

Every time I get to the drive thru window they verify my order incorrectly. I’ve left many times with the wrong order in my bag even after specifying my order. I don’t know why I return to this dunks. I guess it is convenient. Parking lot is tight. Drive thru is often backed up onto the street.
