McDonald’s

As fast food places go, this is one of the better ones in the area. One warning though, they get four stars from me during the week, but only two stars on the weekend.
The weekend crew is sloppy: they don’t keep the tables clean, they make a lot of mistakes with the orders. I rarely get the coffee the way I ordered it.
Monday through Friday, they are near perfect. Come here during the week. Save the weekends for someplace nice like the Harbor Café.

This place screwed my order so bad and when I asked for a refund they gave me one, but like the service the refund was screwed up too. I am going back, but only to complaiin about what happened. This really makes me angry that they didn’t even attempt to rectify the mistakes they made. I used to go here twice a week because I work in the area but you can bet on it that they will NEVER get my service again!

Okay, most people think that all McDonald’s are the same. The menu basically is, but not the quality of food. Sure, it all comes from a couple of monstrous distribution centers, but this McDonald’s is better than most. I have been a patron here since the mid 1970’s or so. I will admit, it has only gotten better with time, updated, spotless, friendly employees, and a nice dining area. During the wee hours of the morning, before the sun comes out, when I drive through occasionally on my way home from work, I have never been let down with my order. Always hot and the fries are ALWAYS cooked to order. Yes, they are piping hot and «oh so delicious». If any of us want a breakfast sandwich well done (the meat), never a problem. The sports memorabilia is remarkable and keeps the kids entertained. One last thing, I noticed that one of the reviews up above mentioned there are over 200 cars parked there. I don’t think they have more than 80 to 100 spaces. Well, time to go… my family wakes early and they wanted a McDonald’s breakfast today. So off I go…

This place is always busy, but they usually are very fast and friendly.

It is McDonalds all I got was a happy meal toy, and dessert can’t mess that up too bad.

This McDonalds is ALWAYS PACKED… No seriously like 200 cars in the parking lot. I cant imagine they are ALL in the store… They must park here & run & hide at other places…
That being said, the Drivethru is also always packed & if you come in from the side street entrance & then try to loop around, all the cars that speed in from 114 will try to cut you off & not let you in line (even though you were there first), so be aggressive… Nuggets are calling here & make sure you dont let anyone cut you! lol…
The food is the same & the service is whatever… they do have 2 windows that they think speeds things up I just think the 2 order things screws everyone up…
And then trying to get out of this Maze of a parking lot is like being stuck in a bad rat trap!!! Just FOLLOW THE ARROWS & be on the Lookout for people who obvioulsy didnt!

This place is horrible for service and NOT the 1^st time. I will NOT go there again. The screwed my order (drive thru) & could not understand me. Then the food was wrong when then Manager came she even charged me wrong as well. My fries (lrg) not completely filled & all small pieces, nevermind the cheese on my sandwich small.

I know it’s a McDonald’s and you’d think they’d all be the same, well no they are not. This one is very different. They have Boston Sports memorabilia all over the walls, the bathrooms are always clean and impeccable and the staff is always amazing. This is one of the few fast food places I am not afraid to go in and use the restrooms after 10PM and know they will be clean and still usable.
They also have a huge dining area, and the drive-​thru is always fast no matter how long the line is. But after a certain time the drive-​thru only has a limited menu which is a downer.
The parking lot is a bit oddly shaped but it works well to flow the drive-​thru traffic to where it needs to go and there is plenty of room for walk in service.
