I literally just got a single & large fries. The patty is lukewarm & the bun is cold(I’m not eating it). The fries are soggy & saltless. This is easily the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Avoid at all costs. I don’t care how tired you are or how early you need to get up the next morning. It’s not worth the convenience.

Never ordering from this location again. The last time I was here last year they messed up my order and today I had to scrape everything off my burgers. I ordered two jr hamburgers with ketchup only … NOT two burgers with everything on them.

Ok, you may be thinking: «What the heck? This guy just gave a typical fast-food restaurant a 4-star review? Is he crazy?» Well this isn’t any typical fast food restaurant, this place is amazing. I remember years ago, I may have come to this restaurant once or twice a year, I thought it was alright, and would’ve probably given it 2 or 3 stars. But it was just renovated, and now it is perfect. The outside has beautiful red colors and an outdoor eating area, while the inside, even better, is filled with comfortable tables,(including an area with couches, a fake fireplace, and a TV) great service, and an amazing touch-screen soda machine with over 100 drinks!(Just like Kelly’s Roast Beef across the street.) The food, is exemplary. That’s right, I’m saying that their FASTFOOD is good. Unlike McDonalds, their food doesn’t taste like factory-made piles of crap filled with pesticides and processed lumps of grey mush that’s made to look real. The chicken nuggets for example, taste like real chicken. It is nice and hot, crunchy outside and a nice meaty inside. I say it’s delicious, and that goes for every single piece of food there. If you’re think of eating here, it is great.(The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it’s fast food… it will never be PERFECT.) And also remember to consider coming here if you really need a fast-food restaurant that is good to eat at.

Wow. How does the owner of this franchise make any money? The manager is the only person that speaks fluent English. The girl at register appears to have messed up the people before me, myself, and almost every person after’s order, and I spent 20 minutes at a table, during which two employees hung out in the corner blocking a door, barely offering to move when people were trying to come in, and carrying on in some kind of African dialect for over 20! minutes.

I’ve been to this location many times but tonight was an exemplary experience. The building has been renovated and the inside is incredibly clean and nice. Besides the beautiful environment, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The manager Oscar was a very nice young man who talked and joked with me while I ordered. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be back again!

Pretty shitty food at this wendys. I stopped here at about 1030 pm 2 nights in a row and order the same exact thing both nights and got meat that tasted like it was sitting out and soggy cold fries. I only went back the second night because I thought hey I’ll give it another chance cuz it mighta just been a fluke but nope… The second night I even found a long hair under my lettuce, I won’t be going to this wendys anymore

Oh my god. I stopped here yesterday and I am still sick like an animal. This place is horrible. Think twice before you go there and order anything. Not to mention the food tasted horrible. If Dave Thomas saw that, he would be rolling in his grave. What did I do to deserve this?

By far the worst Wendy’s I have been to. I’ve been here multiple times since its close to my work. I honestly don’t know why I do this to myself. The service is so slow. I waited 20 mins for a spicy chicken sandwich. They must have been killing the chicken outside for all I know. For this time I could have ordered food at a sit down restaurant. You’re also lucky if you get acknowledged when you go in. Food is good, service is horrible and slow.

Though I will be moving out of the range of this particular Wendy’s at the end of the week I thought I would take a minute and review them as I have thoroughly enjoyed each time I’ve been there. The fries are always perfect and way better than McDonald’s and my goto is the Baconator as I don’t like much else on my burgers let alone a «salad.» Juicy, warm, and the perfect compliment to that and the fries is a nice tall Dr. Pepper. It got to the point where they recognized the sound of my car(if the same drive-thru cashier was working) and new my order, sometimes if they were even feeling generous they’d give me a few extra fries. Really terrific job here and Dave Thomas and the Hermanator would be proud!

Cups loaded with ice which makes your medium soda hold less volume than what a small cup would hold liquid wise. Sandwiches tossed together with missing condomants(tomatoes, lettuce, etc.). And I am aware that there are times when they do not provide tomatoes due to certain and understandable circumstances… but when the person who is with me gets a tomato then I want my tomato! Give me my tomato! Good spicey chicken sandwich… you get 2 stars.

Just like most fast food places, what it is is what it is. As such, customer service becomes, for most, a primary concern. If you don’t care, then this place is for you. The employees here aren’t rude, they’re at best fast, at worst curt. They rarely screw up your order, but will whip you through here whether your the only person there or the place is packed. Yeah, that seems good, but I’m not really a big fan when my food is being thrust at me and the drive through window slammed in my face. No lingering hatred for me here, but nor do they go above and beyond at all.

Worst food ever served in a fast food resturant. This is the complaint I sent to Wendy’s Headquarters: I spent $ 4.38 and all I got was shitty service and food that shouldn’t have even been served. Let’s start with the food. Caesar Salad– I didn’t know lettuce was supposed to be served brown. I didn’t also realize that the size of the salad was supposed to be ½ of the size of the container. So not only was the food obviously no good to be served, it was only half full. Chicken Sandwhich — Whatever, it tasted like it was supposed to. Medium Frostee– I guess medium means only ¾’s full. Do your employees know the proper sizes and how to fill things? Customer service — Shit. Plain shit. The only good thing is the one guy with the glasses who takes payment in the first drive-thru window. He is polite and nice. The guy giving the food was a miserable bastard. I asked him for a spoon and he groaned. I asked him for my receipt and he groaned again and complained. Well excuse me, I’ve had credit cards stolen in the past and like to keep my receipts to compare to my statement. If I didn’t have to go to work I would have tossed the food back at him and demanded a refund. What a dick! So the food was crappy, the service was terrible(except for the guy who took payment, he’s always good) and the overall feel of your establishment is below mediocre. I spent $ 4.38 and I got screwed. I have never had such a horrible exeperience in Wendy’s until now. How embarrasing, even for fast food.
