For Danvers they are probably one of the better places although the choices are a bit limited. I have two slight complaints with this business. The first is they told me twenty minutes on the phone then I waited ten minutes at the shop(35 total). If they told me thirty five I’d have been fine with it but they appear to have forgotten to put in my order. The second is they had a special on two large cheese. Each kid wanted a topping. Essentially those toppings cost 5 bucks each. Either you need to ask or they do not honor if you want a topping at a reasonable price. They do have good deals each day. Just make sure you understand them.

Yummmmm! Just visiting from SLC, Utah. We got a pepperoni pizza and it was so great! Very thin crust, just the right amount of cheese. The flavor and texture were perfect. Will definitely be eating here again!

Great local find. In town for a couple days and stumbled across this place. The calzones and the subs are unlike any we’ve had before. Not highly visible from the road so you need to look for it, but definitely worth doing so. Great for lunch or dinner, eat in or take out.

absolutely bottom shelf since the recent change in ownership… been eating there most of my life, and i will NEVER go there again… new owners shoulda let Ernie run the place and sat back and enjoyed the profits… complete dislike, will be un recommending this place to everyone i know

I have had some nightmares because of my food allergies lately at pizza shops/quick service dining establishments, but decided to try here anyway. I was pleasantly surprised when the guy said he would be happy to make me a new salad from scratch to be sure there was no celery in it! I got the chicken kabob salad and it was YUMMY! There was quite a bit of chicken and the dressing was good. My son had the small cheese pizza which is too greasy for me but he loved it. We will be back again!

Pretty good pizza. But they put very less meat on the pizza. I know this because I ordered for sausage, pepperoni, peppers and onion, when I got the pizza I thought it was a veggie pizza with just peppers and onions with barely any meat on it. I like a decent portion of meat on my pizzas.

Pretty impressed with this place when we stopped here for a quick Sunday dinner. The chicken kabob salad($ 6) is good– lots of moist chicken, good homemade Greek dressing and soft pita bread. The lettuce is iceberg(ok). We also got a half cheese half mushroom and olive pizza($ 12) that was excellent. It is Greek style pizza with a yummy buttery crust. Very good– highly recommend. We sat in the dining area that was ok. They had a tv with the game on. Service was friendly, prices reasonable, food yummy.

Danvers House of Pizza… It isn’t a house of actual pizza but they do sell them. The weather outside was cold, wet and snowy which sucked since I had the day off for MLK day. To make matters worse, I had a craving for pizza and not the store kind. I decided to take the sleigh out for a ride to see what Danvers had to offer. DHP is a lot like many family owned no frill pizza parlors. There is a menu board on the wall, sports memorabilla and a soda cooler. I decided to try the cheese pizza on special. I was having a Home Alone moment. Cheese pizza just for me! The pizza looked very good. The edge crust was thin and crunchy and dough underneath was firm and chewy. The sauce was a bit bland for my taste buds. The cheese was fine but not spectacular. DHP pizza was just ok which was fine on this day…
