Once pleasant, but sinking fast! Walnuts disappeared from the topping bar quite some time ago, but tonight’s experience bordered on pathetic. We arrived at 9:15. Closing time posted as 10: PM. Two of the dispenser machines were marked out of order, a third was dripping melted product, the toppings bar had three different cups totally empty and they were out of both fudge sauce and whipped cream! The sole attendant greeted us pleasantly enough, but then repeatedly announced a countdown to closing time. He obviously had somewhere else he wanted to be. WEWILLNOTRUSHTORETURN. I had recently wrote that this place was clean but based on my recent tip this place is starting to get rundown and a bit rough. Maybe the staff that is in place isn’t taking the finer points of running a store but overflowing drip trays, filthy chairs, tables and floor, plus no toilet paper in either men’s or ladies room is horrible. I will give this location another shot but I actually didn’t feel well after my most recent visit to this location.

I never leave reviews but there’s this kid that works Monday nights usually that wears a goatee n glasses I think that is a great employee. Hope his boss reads this and slings him some paper. Very nice, polite and helpful without being fake about it. Future management material if you ask me. Great froyo. Great service.

There are 16 flavors which is great. The staff folks were congregating an chatting among themselves. My friends and I had to go to them to ask to sample. When it was time to pay I wanted to pay for everyone’s but she already punched in for 2 out of the 3 so had to add the third. They also have a reward program where you get $ 1 for every $ 10 spent. My order was almost $ 21 but I didn’t qualify for $ 2 because it was shy if $.20 because tax didn’t count. The cashier could have mentioned that and I could have just added a little more in toppings and that would have been better customer service offered. The one thing that was nice is the restroom. Had plenty of space and was clean. The sitting area was nice and bright. Plenty of sitting space and had a fake fire place that was warm.

This Orange Leaf is the best of the bunch. Cool interior. Loads of flavors(more than Andover), clean. Lots of seating. I think they have wifi. They offer dedicated DAIRYFREE Froyo which is great if you have a little one with allergies. All in all, I’m a fan and will make the drive to this one to hit a FROYO craving.

was never a big fan of frozen yogurt, until I came here! The only thing i wish, is for more flavors. But I love what they have out at the time, and the toppings you can chose are fantastic… I am definitely a fan

Finally, a frozen yogurt chain that lives up to its reputation. This the third or fourth chain we’ve tried since the«FROYO» madness began a few years ago. They have all been horrible… until now. This place was quite good. Even the plan ol’ vanilla frozen yogurt was excellent. The color scheme of this restaurant is awful in my opinion(light green & orange), but who cares when the frozen yogurt is this good. Parking is a bit of a pain, especially during busy hours.

I had been waiting for this Orange Leaf location to open up for months. Coming Spoon taunted me, and I actually thought it wouldn’t open til the spring. But no! It’s open and very crowded, even in the middle of a very cold January. The interior is nice. Lots of orange(shocker) and plenty of tables. They have a huge variety of yogurt flavors. Self serve like most of the froyo places. I tried a little bit of this and a little bit of that and really liked the oatmeal cookie and wedding cake flavors. The line was long but it went pretty fast. They had a promotion going on if you had an Orange Leaf card and I thought it looked cool but I couldn’t find any cards to activate. Price is fine– obviously, if you get a ton of yogurt then you’ll spend a fortune but if you get a normal amount then it’s a good deal. I’ll definitely return to this location.
