I was really excited to try this place. I have been getting pink and white for a decade. Called to make an appointment with JT. He said he was busy so he put me with Alison, ensuring she would do a good job. I’m not sure Alison has ever done pink and white. She really was doing a horrible job, so JT took over. He threw a weird pink color over my nail and said don’t worry, it will look better when it dries. I said that’s not gonna work. It was like a Easter egg pastel pink color. It was definitely not the right color for pink and white. Leaving with my nails all filed up and no fill. He did apologize and give me a gift card to come back, promising to try to get more pink powders. So the 2 stars is for the customer service. But I don’t recommend coming here for pink and white.

Got my nails done for a pink and white refill and they were cheap and JT Did a really good job they look so natural and I love the way he shaped them. He was very nice and patient. I just wish the pink powder was darker.

JT(owner) is BAE. Does an amazing job. I have come to him numerous times for special designs for holidays and other events. I receive compliments where ever I go! Tina also gives the best pedicure in town! I have been going to Pink and White for a year now and I refuse to go elsewhere. High quality work for the prices you pay. Very clean and relaxing environment. And kid friendly for all you busy moms and dads out there!

I’ve been going to pink and white since they opened and have been seeing Jt(the owner) even before he opened pink and white. I always have a great experience when I go and am never disappointed with how my nails come out. I’ve also had several pedicures and have even had my eyebrows done, always a great job. Reasonable prices, great atmosphere, free cold refreshments offered everyday. I would suggest this salon to anyone!

Great nail salon. Everyone there are meticulous. I see and love Kim but would see anyone there! On time and very friendly! Just had a pedicure while on vacation and was shocked the difference from Pink and White.

Love this salon! JT, the owner, knows exactly how I like my nails and is very meticulous with his work. I have a gel full set. I like my nails to look very natural, there are not many technicians that can accomplish that, but JT gets the job done. The pedicures here are also great, very relaxing. I love the scrub & hot towels and they really take the time to pamper you, you don’t feel rushed! The staff are all very friendly. Most importantly, the salon is very clean. They have an assortment of nail polish brands and colors to choose from. I would definitely recommend this salon.

My favorite nail salon of the north shore! And I am picky. I tried a different place every 2 weeks for months. There’s 4 or 5 of us that swear by Pink & White. It’s super clean and welcoming. They have tons of colors both regular polish and gel. I highly recommend this place. I can’t suggest just one nail tech because I love everyone who has done my nails although I request Kim whenever available! Check it out!

Got a gel manicure the first time and it was perfect. For that, 5 stars. Went back a second time and it was far from perfect. This time, my nails are crooked and the gel polish is noticeably lumpy. For $ 35 I paid here, I could have got a great mani/pedi from any other salon in the area. Instead, I got a poorly done gel mani. On a positive, some of the staff members are really great. Unfortunately, the technician I worked with was not one of them. She barely said hi, was grumpy and gave me the evil eye, making it very uncomfortable. As a college student, I can’t take my chances with this place anymore. Sorry to say, I’ll stick to paying less and getting a much better mani/pedi from a place nearby, rather than a very poor gel mani from this salon.

Too expensive for me!!! I called and a mani is $ 30. All the other salons in the area are in the $ 20s. I dont think I will be going here.

Highlights of my experience: I waited over 15 minutes past my appointment time, no apology or explanation offered Was burned by scalding hot water in the pedicure tub as the tech never bothered to check the temp before putting my feet in(no exaggeration my feet are still bright red and hurt, sadly no one seemed the care they hurt me so bad) The music was so loud I left with a migraine(legit felt like I was in a club) I went to unwind after work and left much more stressed out than when I arrived. I’m not some old prude, but when I go to get my nails done, I don’t want to listen to Rihanna for 2 hours blasting in my ear. I guess they love her there because that’s all the blared the whole time. I walked in with nice long natural nails, the tech cut them all off despite my request to leave the length. They’re also filed nice and crooked, they are the epitome of hot mess. The nail polish application to my toes and fingernails is horrible. Parts of my nail aren’t painted, portions only have one coat so they’re dull, and my cuticles have polish on them. I pay to get my nails done so they look nice. I’m embarrassed with the way they look and will he removing the polish tonight despite spending almost $ 50 just an hour ago. The place was freezing cold. I had a long sleeve shirt on and jeans, but was so cold the entire time I was there, except for when my feet were cooked in the pedicure water. They give you these paper sandal things — which I’m fine with. But you’d think someone would offer help to put your shoes on seeing as how it’s single digit temperatures outside and I just got my nails painted. None of the techs would help, not even mine who I gave a $ 10 tip to. I was stuck waddling to my car attempting to keep the pseudo sandal on walking through a parking lot full of salt. Unfortunately I didn’t look at my nails before I left or I would have complained to the owner there and requested they repaint them. I was so eager to get out of that place and out of the freezing cold loud music blaring salon, I bolted as quick as my fake shoes would permit once my nails were dry. I’m still kind of in awe how shitty the entire experience was. I’m home nursing my headache and sore feet, about to try and fix the hot mess of nails I’m left with. I know I won’t return here, ever.

Love this place. Went here on a friend’s recommendation and couldn’t be happier. I started going there in August, and have been going at least every other week since then. Very neat and clean environment. I have had my nails done by various nail techs there, and have loved them every time. Everyone is friendly and courteous… and also entertaining. Now, I even have my mother coming with me. And my best friend too. I can’t wait to bring my 7 year old niece so she can have a mani and pedi. They even have cute little Hello Kitty chairs for the younger ones to get their pedicures in. I would 100% confidently recommend this place to anyone.
