I paid $ 2k to have more insulation blown in the attic. Well, they blew alright — right into the soffit vents, blocking them and causing ice dams last winter. The ice actually went through the soffit vents, pushing the insulation out the vents and outside the house and onto the snow. Yes I’ve contacted them. No they haven’t responded.

As part of the Mass Save Program, we had our house insulated this past July, and the entire process from the prompt response to our request for a quote through the completion of the job Fred and his people were outstanding.

These guys are great! We hired Fred to insulate our condo and they completed the job on time, and on price, and also provided some much needed help and advice on a renovation project we had going on at the same time. Their group was professional and courteous, so much so that I have followed up with Fred for advice on other projects and he has been happy to help. He is a good and trustworthy man. You cannot go wrong hiring these guys!
