If I could leave negative stars, I would. These people/Tom in particular lied to our face. He would not return our call and promised to bring a fridge before thanksgiving. He said to our face that he could help us and then instead of being honest, he chose to ignore our call. Our contractor called to find out when we could expect him and tom let him know they were closing and we were on our own.
I would suggest buying these appliances online. You can save $$ and get service contracts. We are much happier with the online purchase.
