Robeks Juice

This location won’t accept their own gift cards as a form of payment. Enough said. Employee was rude and asked me to pay in cash instead because the gift card system is «down and won’t likely work again for a while.»

My happy place. I always get the acai energizer smoothie. Delicious. I could swear it got me through the winter w/​out too many bugs. Terrific loyalty program too.

No matter which Robeks I go to, it’s the same consistent quality. They are always adding some new menu items to try. Is it expensive? Depends on what world you live in I guess. You go try to purchase all of the ingredients they just put into your blended beauty, prepare them, and than buy the right kind of blender to make the drink. Did you do it? Now try to tell me how «expensive» it is. To me, it’s a bargain. I don’t have to go waste 20+ minutes at Whole Foods picking out the good blueberries. I dont have to spend another 20+ minutes washing/​slicing/​dicing all the yummy’s. I also dont need to purchase a $ 300 blender. Next time you want to complain about how expensive something is, really think about what goes into preparing your item you just paid for. You might start to see the world in a while new way.

Cannot even get over how UNPROFESSIONAL the employees at this particular location are. They were talking s*** and rolling their eyes about my elderly family member right in front of me as I was waiting to get our drinks… finally noticed me standing there and suddenly put on a nice act… are you KIDDING?! I have problems with this staff every time I go in (which I never will again) and it’s always the same bunch of twenty-​something girls who are IGNORANT and RUDE. (And I’m a twenty-​something girl myself.) This Robeks should really consider hiring employees who understand customer service! Despicable!

The juice and products are amazing! the employees are awful. There was no one in sight when I walked in. When someone finally decided to start working, they came over to take my order, with an attitude, as if he was pissed off because I was making him work. After taking my order, he left the front to go tell someone else to make my juice. So now I get this girl who acts the same fucking way, pissed off they have to work. Really Robeks? these are the people that you have selling your brand? Not one smile out of all three employees that were there. this entire visit was accompanied by them banging things around, I.E. ice cream containers and whatever else they could bang indicating that I was a nuisance. Skip this place until they hire new employees!

good juice. a little pricey (like all the robeks, so nothing new). good quality ingredients. park in the rear. predictable quality.
