Stay away from these thugs. Went there to change service from AT&T and traded 4 smart phones at $ 200.00 each. It wasn’t till couple months later that I discovered they only applied credit for 3 phones to my account. I called Sprint and was advised to visit local store. I visited the store and spoke to the store manager Russell Greene several times to only get the run around that they are still looking to locate the I-phone. Eric the sales rap and the manager are nothing short of thief’s and thugs. Corporate office blames the store. Store lies. Stay away

Long wait time, not really customer service friendly unless they’re working directly with an individual. Basically they do not acknowledge anyone walking into the door. Every time I come to this store it’s not a good experience. They always only have two people working at a time. Coming to this store you need to set aside a half a day is seems like.

Brian helped my fiancé and I switch from Verizon to Sprint this afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with our indecisiveness as we debated on which phones to choose. We also felt he was very genuine in giving us his honest opinion in how he felt about Sprint & their products. He bought our Verizon phones back & we got way more $ back than anticipated which we were able to apply to our future bill. He didn’t pressure is into buying phones with more memory or that were more expensive. He made the change an easy one and we greatly appreciated his service. Ask for Brian next time you are in!
