I usually get good service here. I like Juan the manager.
I got 2 iPhone 5… Then upgraded to 2 iPhone 5s after…
I’m planning on getting my kids iPhone 5C’s today.
Why one star…
Let me tell you… I have been sitting in my car for the past 45mins to wait for this store to open supposedly at 10am.
No one is here…
Maybe 6 cars have already parked… Checked and left…
Business that they just lost.
My stupid ass still waiting bcoz someone from this store might just decide to work (chuckle) and just my luck I leave?! No way, I already waited so long.
Called customer service they have me $ 5 credit.
Seriously that’s it? Do they know how much I earn per hour? Lol
If this was not for my kids I would’ve been gone the minute I found out the store is closed.
PS: I went here the other day and spoke to a rep her name is Lindsey. I was asking questions about my iPhone… She said she didn’t know anything about iCloud storage and iPhones coz she is using a Samsung…
Seriously??? Uhm. You work there and most likely iPhone is the most popular phone? Ugh… Stupid

I started going to this store once I realized they were open. I used to go to the one on Kingery and Plainfield, but those guys were always such jerks to me and my family. the staff at this store are extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I brought my phone in when it started to act up, and they had it fixed in a matter of minutes. Much better service than any other T-​Mobile in the area. They also have really good deals on accessories for phones, they discounted my car charger, and gave me one accessory for free!

I wrote a review about the Lisle T-​mobile location, the one on Ogden — NO BUENO. In return, I’m writing a good one about this location, the first one on Unilocal,in fact.
After having a not-​so-​good experience at the other location I just mentioned, I wandered into this location. I figured, if I like the service, I’ll upgrade my phone. If not, I don’t know… I’ll go back to the Lisle store, go to the one downtown, I just don’t know. I did my phone research online for several days before deciding I wanted the HTC One S. Brian Hernandez greeted me, and I told him what I wanted. There wasn’t much selling involved there for him because I was pretty much sold after asking a few basic questions I had. He let me try out their floor model, and I decided to buy it. The other store told me that my new sim card would not necessarily transfer over all of my contacts, and after receiving my new sim card from them, indeed I lost a lot of them. Brian informed me that if the sales guy spent another minute in a half more, he could’ve transferred everything over. I was so pissed.
It wasn’t after I made my purchase, Brian showed me all the «cool» things my new phone could do. I mean, typical girl… show her all the camera features and that’ll suck me in. He waited till after, and a satisfied customer, I was. He also showed me how to navigate my new phone, and set up my google account on it, etc. He was very courteous, and even discounted my new phone case :) I will be returning there to that location to add my mom to my family plan there. Satisfied customer here!!!
