Decent food and service… however, the price has gone WAY up lately. Not at all worth it anymore… go get some actual mexican food for these prices.

Poor service. Waited in line while workers talked, even the manger walked past without asking if my order has been taken. On top of that, they got my order wrong!

Seriously Taco Bell, when is this location going to get a makeover??? This has to be one of the last few remaining TBs that hasn’t been updated to their modern style.
Service is fairly good and they always seem to get your order right. Did someone say sparkling limeade… oh so good.

Nashville, TN
As a Downers Grove native and a resident who lives near the 75th & Lemont Taco Bell location, I make a little further drive for this Taco Bell. This is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to in the Chicago area, and the best one compared to the Nashville locations (if someone would beg to differ in Nashville, please let me know).
The customer service is always with a smile and sometimes even better with a «Have a blessed day!» salutation. Everything I order from the burritos, to the tacos, and quesadillas and chalupas have been great.
I have even made a late-​night college trip to this Taco Bell from UIC at 2am just to get Taco Bell. Might I add, this was after the Taco Bell Express was removed from the Atrium on campus.
