If I could give zero stars I would. My wife and I came out for a nice dinner and were surprised at the lack of service. We walked in and went right up the the host/hostess desk and stood there. Nobody greeted us, one girl was on her phone and two others were just talking to each other. After waiting for a few minutes we walked out and went somewhere that appreciates their customers.

My husband and I stepped in to the restaurant and waited for a good 10 minutes. Waitresses shoved us aside, one was on her cell phone yapping away. You’re at work and you’re on your phone? Who hired you? Other customers stepped in front is us, saying«there is no line», which is just rude and even upon calling for one of the waitresses to ask about the wait time, she held up a finger and went back to having a pow wow with her team, laughing and scrolling on their cell phones. We left. I have never had such a terrible impression within the first 10 minutes. Was never addressed at all. I’m never going back.

We were there this past Sunday, we waited about 15 minutes for a table which is fine, but there were no peanuts for those who were waiting. We asked our waitress what the deal was and she explained they haven’t had them out front for several months because one of the barrels broke so they had to move it to another spot in the restaurant. Really? multi-million dollar chain and you don’t have an extra peanut barrel? Other then that the food was tasty, once dish was served cold and it was extremely loud, as in the music was obnoxiously loud. Our server was ok, she seemed overworked or just not knowledgeable. It took her a long time for drink refills, to bring the check, or come back with our cards. All in all, Texas Roadhouse delivered quality food, it was good, we weren’t wowed but we recognize its a chain and they provided what was promised… except extra peanuts.

The good: the servers were awesome. They deserved the 20% tip we left. The appetizers were as expected for a chain restaurant. The bad: I ordered steak. 75% was fat. My baked potato was left on the warmer way to long. The ribs were all dried out and tough. The BBQ chicken was over cooked and dry. Not in a rush to go back.

Always great service. Amazing food. I love the atmosphere, the food, the price, the service. One of my favorite places to eat. From the bread & cinnamon butter to the salad & homemade salad dressing, to the main course! Can’t wait to go back for another meal!

one of the best steak houses in this area. pricey, but worth it for a good steak. sides are also delicious, as well as their rolls with the honey, cinnamon butter. drawbacks are that there usually is a long wait, the place is quite loud and the prices can be pretty high. i’d go more often, but it usually is for special occasions.

Food is awesome, wait staff not so much. A lot of the crew from last year has gone. Now it’s people who could care less about your experience. Ask for Tiffany or devan! Both sweethearts and will make for an awesome experience

Ok. I’ve given this place two chances. Both times it was just ridiculously bad. I’ve been to other locations that were really good. So this is literally just this location and not the chain as a whole. They have a lot to figure out here. First time here service was slow to start. I got a half rack of ribs, green beans, and corn. I bit into the ribs and thought they felt cold. So I I stuck my finger into them and they were literally ice cold in the middle. Not just cold. They literally had ice chips on the meat. So they were frozen. I told the waitress and she had them reheat the ribs! Reheat?! How about replace? Meat is supposed to be the specialty here. So this was a gigantic disappointment. I didn’t continue eating the reheated ribs. Both vegetables this time were not drained. I guess they never heard of a slotted spoon. Last time, and I mean LAST. I ordered a six ounce Dallas steak medium rare, with sautéed mushrooms and onions. And sides of green beans and corn. It took more than 20 minutes to get my drink orders in and get bread to the table. And then at least 30 minutes to get the food. First impression of the food is not good. My sautéed mushrooms and onions are burned. Not charred. «BURNED!» Not a good sign. Cut into the steak and it feels tough. Confirmed with the bite. I know I asked for medium rare. Cut another piece to take a good look and there is definitely not any medium about it. So I had an overdone steak. When the waitress finally swings by, I asked her what she wrote down for how I wanted it cooked. She confirmed medium rare. I showed her my steak and she agreed the it was way overdone. She offered to get a new one, but by this time I’m already ready to leave. I asked for compensation. She said she would talk to the manager. About 10 minutes after she disappeared into the back, another staff member was circulating tables and asked how my dinner was. I explained everything again. She also said she would talk to the manager. Finally after another 20 or so minutes she comes back with a gift certificate for an entrée. Laughable because once again the sides were literally soup. I will never be back to this location again. And honestly this mightve ruined all Texas roadhouse for me forever.

When this restaurant first came to the area, it was amazing. The steaks were thick and always cooked to perfection. Other than the hot rolls and cinnamon butter, the restaurant has changed immensely the past few years, and not for the better. The staff used to be attentive and friendly. Now, the servers mostly socialize and are always on their phones when you need them. You can hear them gossip and argue about each other and other customers in the entrances to the back house. On multiple occasions we’ve seen the girls touch their hair before grabbing peoples drinks or food. I almost always get the sirloin, because it’s the only thing left on the menu I enjoy, and its never cooked the right way the first time. The vegetables taste like they are right out of the can. And the dancing is entertaining, but not while your waitress is up there and you can see your food just sitting and waiting under the lamps for a different waitress/waiter to grab. All the peanut shells on the floor are a definite slipping hazard. And the fact they don’t open till 4pm always causes a line, even when there are plenty of tables open. The alcoholic beverages are way over-priced for their quality. The silverware is never clean. The bathrooms are messy. The décor is always dusty. And it’s so disappointing, because this place used to be our favorite restaurant in the area.

Best Texas Roadhouse I’ve eaten at yet. My coworker got a 16 oz Sirloin at the waitress suggestion, and it was melt-in-your-mouth-perfect. I ordered a burger that was equally good, though it was so messy it was a committed –eat this half of the burger before you do anything else, or else you’ll have a burger salad on your plate-. Definitely plan to go back. Our waitress was the bomb! Wish I could remember her name…

Took my mother here for Mothers day and wasn’t disappointed in the slightest. Their appetizers are amazing albeit a bit spicy. The rolls are served fresh theyre still piping hot and with a side of cinnamon butter which is absolutely delicious. Most of their meat products are amazing. their beef tips are delicious however I feel they use a little bit too much onions besides that and the peanuts being a little stale the place is an overall favorite for me. Also I highly recommend the sides

I guess I should have expected a mediocre experience going to a chain restaurant the night before Mother’s Day, but I was still very disappointed leaving the Texas Roadhouse. I will start with the good(there was some good). Our servers(Steve and Rebecca) were great. We were a rowdy party of 10 that included 2 kids and a few adults that had started drinking at the bar long before we were seated. They were attentive, joked around, and tried to make sure we always had drinks– things I appreciate in a waiter. Also good was the drinks. I tried a Smith & Forge hard cider on tap while waiting to be seated and really enjoyed it. I drank a frozen margarita later. The margarita was huge and tasted great. Now onto the issues I had. We had called in reservations for 530, and still arrived around 515 just to be early. Despite having a reservation it still took until 610 for us to be seated. And then we probably didn’t get our food until around 7. I can understand a wait on a busy night, but 40 minutes when you called in a reservation is ridiculous in my mind. What was the point in calling first? And how long would my wait have been if I hadn’t? The food was ok at best. I ordered a sirloin steak, rare, and the steak I got could maybe be called medium rare if I am being generous. It was way over cooked for how I ordered it. My green beans were lukewarm. My mashed potatoes were probably the best part of the meal, and even those(which were«loaded») had cold shredded cheese on top. Like they just grabbed a bag from the fridge and tossed it on there on the way out, not giving the cheese any time to melt. The bathrooms were pretty clean, but what bothered me about my trip there was a waitress(not mine) standing around the whole time I was in there, texting on her phone. I am glad I wasn’t waiting for her to come take my order. Texas Roadhouse may be an ok place to go for lunch or something during the week, but I can honestly say I won’t be going back unless someone else is picking the restaurant.

Texas Roadhouse never fails to satisfy! They serve warm, free, unlimited, fresh bread rolls with a honey-cinnamon butter to start — which always taste amazing. I personally love the bacon cheese fries with ranch for an appetizer, it’s simple yet delicious. Staying on the topic of food, the sirloin kebab is incredible and even better with a side of their mashed potatoes. The only downfall of this restaurant is that they open at 4pm everyday, I recently stopped by here around 1pm and completely forgot about it. Needless to say I was disappointed and hungry.

This restaurant is a major chain known through the country, so I know what to expect when I go here and they met my expectations. I wasn’t overly impressed, but I wasn’t disappointed either. I had the sirloin and shrimp combo with a side ceased salad and steamed veggies. I usually like to test a BBQ restaurant by how they handle vegetables. Obviously a BBQ restaurant does meat well or they’d be out of business fast, but can they give me broccoli that I would enjoy? Or will I get mush… As a good boy who always eats his veggies, I have to say I was impressed! The steak was(of course) cooked perfectly. The grilled shrimps were succulent and even the broccoli had a nice flavor. The atmosphere was a bit overwhelming as is typical of this chain. The singing of birthday greetings by the staff are very loud such that other patrons can’t hear themselves think, but otherwise the staff was pleasant.

Texas Roadhouse is primarily a BBQ restaurant. When I went with my cousins, after eating out for three days to be honest, I wanted something small and light, so the only thing that looked good to me was the pulled pork sandwich. Unfortunately, it came served on a sesame seeded bun and I don’t eat them. I asked if they had any unseeded buns, but they came back to the table to say all they had was white bread, which I couldn’t trust to be made without dairy, so I picked at my food. The waitress tried to be accommodating about the food she served, but she was maybe inexperienced about people with dietary issues and didn’t even offer a discount. Or maybe not because tips are driven by the total amount of the bill, right? Anyway, after my cousin asked, the manager gave her some of money back on my plate.

The Atmosphere at the Texas Roadhouse is very nice and all the wait staff are friendly. I had the Ribeye and ribs combo. The Ribeye was cooked perfectly and was nice and juicy. The Ribs peeled right off the bone but they smoked them a bit too long as the bark on the top of it was a bit tough to chew. The taste of the ribs was good the having to chew through what seemed like a leather wasn’t as appealing. Overall if you want a good steak I would highly recommend coming here. The wait staff dances to country music and their sides are killer.

This resto should consider itself lucky to get my 2 stars. Also, that I was SO hungry that I didn’t notice my ½ rack of ribs were 50% char-burnt. After eating 3 ribs, THEN I noticed the bottom-side was dry-burnt and top AND edges were black-burnt. They should not have the AUDACITY to serve it to customers(I can hear Gordon Ramsey yelling to the kitchen staff). Ditto for my friend’s platter of ribs. She noticed the ribs were burnt at first bite. OH…the complimentary soft rolls(served slightly warm) with cinnamon butter on the side was okay. I ate one and saved my appetite for my entrée &2 sides. For sides, I ordered the corn(kernels) and mashed potatoes(with gravy). Sides were okay. I ate some and left remainder behind. Nothing was worthy of a doggie bag. I guess dining at 7ish or 8ish on a Sunday night is NOT a good time for an excellent meal here.

Meehhhhhh is really what I think about Texas Roadhouse. First star off — I HATECOUNTRYMUSIC. I know that comes with the restaurant, but I can deal with country at Long Horn, just not the line dancing that happens every half hour. I didn’t think the food was that great… there are peanut shells stuck under my shoes after I left. The only good thing I remember eating from there is the cinnamon buttered sweet potatoes… I can go for more of those. Overall, I probably won’t volunteer to go back, unless a group of friends want to go there, then I will just think of the cinnamon buttered sweet potatoes to get me thru this meal.
