I wish there was an option to rate this DD with no stars. Forget about getting what you want and expect to get whatever they feel like. They charge you for what you’ve asked for but forget key ingredients like sugar and turbo shots. Oh, you want a toasted bagel with butter? Well. You get a bagel, not toasted and not even cut with ice cold butter packets on the side. How the hell do I butter a soft bagel with cold butter on my commute? TTEERRIIBBLLEE.

I’ve actually had an argument with the cashier here — beyond rude workers. Not all, but definitely the ones that occasionally work drive thru are horrid. Complain about customers WITH THE SPEAKER ON.

The worst DD I ever went to. Cashier took too long to cash me out. Waited another 15 minutes for an angus steak big n toasted. One employee said she didn’t know how to make the sandwich. Have to wait for more experience person. Customers were waiting at drive thru window and plenty more customers waiting to be serve inside. Could believe how long I had to wait! They need to train their employees better.
