Anytime Fitness

I have been going to this gym for a while now and have had nothing but great experiences. I train with Alan and I go with my girlfriend and alone quite frequently. They have a variety of equipment and classes for all levels. I am normally shy when it comes to the gym and fitness (yes, I was the fat kid growing up) and I have never been more comfortable in a gym and I worked at one in college! Great place to get your workout on and expert advice!

I love how this location is conveniently located to both Disney and I-​4. You can leave a Disney resort and be at this Anytime Fitness in fifteen minutes. This is definitely the strangest layout I’ve ever seen for an Anytime Fitness. After you swipe your keyfob you enter a small hallway that leads to another set of glass doors that go outside. I was pretty confused initially the first time I saw this. You need to open a side door and walk up the stairs. Then you’ll find that the entire second floor is devoted to the gym. I had to laugh as I was warming up on the treadmill because the window in front of me allowed me to look down at a McDonalds. That’s some irony right there.
This is a very nice sized Anytime Fitness. They have the standard equipment you normally find at an Anytime Fitness, as well as some extras. You can tell that some hard core training goes on here. They have huge, heavy chains for squatting and benching, which is something I’ve never seen at an Anytime Fitness before. They also have an area dedicated for deadlifting.
This is the perfect stop for anyone visiting the Mouse or travelling through Orlando who wants to get a workout in.

i enjoy this gym can go anytime and it is clean and not packed. It is a smaller gym, and sometimes miss the larger gym like 24 hour fitness. However, this is a smaller area so … They do have classes, also.
